  Nice cabin close to Fort Rock (children park). The heating system appeared to have been retrofitted. Coupled with thin windows, it made for cool spots. The open floor plan also caused the upstairs to be significantly warmer. This open floor plan also means that there is no sound barrier between the master bedrooms and both the kitchen and the living room. On the other hand, the kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans and other tools. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

  Cozy cabin for our family of 5, it stayed warm and had all the ammenities needed for a comfortable stay.

  While the carpets and furniture are not new, this quaint cabin was perfect for the two of us. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. The whole cabin (including the garage) was spotless! We stayed in the cabin during September and it was warm, so the upper bedroom (loft) was a bit hot. We ended up using only the bedroom downstairs. I suppose using a fan at night would cool off the loft bedroom but we also cooked almost every night and the cooking odors did go upstairs into the loft bedroom. Again, the standing fan would no doubt take care of this, but we didn't try it. The location is away from the lodge and SHARC, which was perfect for us. We use the bicycles to get almost everywhere and every morning we walked a block or two to Fort Rock Park to play tennis - we were alone every day!!! We had a great time and will definitely try and book 19 Camas Lane again.

  This place was okay but not for the money - have stayed in Sun River the past 11 years and this is the first time we've been dissapointed - this place didn't have a/c or an outdoor bbq - even if owners don't bbq they could provide one for guests - in listing should say "No A/C and no BBQ instead of just not putting in there period - you would just assume these amenities are included - EVERY house around has a BBQ. Also nothing to separate the upstairs master bedroom from the rest of the house (loft style) so you didn't really have any privacy; only provided 1 coffee filter and 2 trash bags for 5 day stay so we had to buy more - would never stay in this house again - there are plenty of others to choose from
