Our Sunbird Condominium is an 11th floor unit which was just converted from a non-rental unit to a rental unit. Our 11th floor unit overlooks the center pool and provides an tremendous view of the gulf.
Sunbird is located directly on the beach, with three pools and a very large sundeck interconnecting the pools. One pool is heated.
In addition to the great beach and pools, Sunbird offers two tennis courts, two squash courts, and two shuffleboard areas. We have a queen size bed in the master, and two queen pullout sofa beds in the living area.
Sorry, but we cannot accept pets and our condo is a non-smoking unit. Our condo comes fully furnished with items such as linens, bath towels, kitchen Items, etc. Bring your beach towels and have a great time!
We accept credit cards through the PayPal system which is owned by EBAY!

The unit only got morning sun and the balcony was small and not much room to do more the sit out. The colors were orange and yellow not my colors. The couches were uncomfortable and again not my colors back ground color black The kitchen was very small only one person could be in there. They need to have someone go in and do a deep cleaning,
