Please take the time to view our website at www.riverviewbrophy.com The estate includes 1200 acres and over a mile of river frontage on the East Branch of the Deleware river. The main property consists of the Main House which is 5 bedrooms 4 baths. This home also includes the exercise room, an indoor hot tub and a dry sauna. The Entertainment lodge has 2 bedrooms and a gorgeous bath with a steam shower. Then there is the Guest House that has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The estate is absolutely gorgeous. Another portion of our property is at our esquisite barn that has been beautifully modified into a gorgeous space. The Horse apartment has 1 bedroom downstairs and 3 rooms upstairs. We also have our Lakeview Estate property that is located just a short distance from our Riverview Estates. Lakeview Estate listing #472194 has 9 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 kitchens, it also includes a large Great room for lots of gathering space. Lakeview Estate also comes with the use of our 250 acres and gorgeous lake. Your stay would include elegant furnishings and the best that can be offered.
We are fully staffed to see to your every need with a concierge and housekeeping for an extra fee. Massages can be scheduled on property for an extra fee. Perfect location for a wedding, family reunion, corporate retreat. 45 minutes away from Bethel Woods and 2.5 hours from NYC. Please contact for availability information. Word cannot capture how awesome this place is. Gale has put together an estate that provides the guest with an unparalleled experience. Jason and his staff was amazing and really added significant value to our stay. I rented Gale's Riverview estate for my wife's 50th birthday. My children and I were joined by 24 of our family and closest friends. Within 1 hour of everyone showing up, we decided we were going to make this a yearly event. It's just that incredible. The main house is opulent and enormous. There are too many amenities to name them. The guest house is spacious and very clean. The Entertainment lodge is beyond belief! We were 30 people and we were lost in there. You can't imagine how huge this estate is! It will take us many stays to really appreciate everything. The hiking trail is well maintaied and challenging. The River front of the property is picturesque and the view of the pasture and the mountains from the main house's enormous rear covered deck is breathtaking. Gale was great to work with and Jason was a real concierge as well as a terrific propery manager. We really cannot wait to return and all our family and friends feel the same way.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Have stayed at the River View Property now twice and both stays have been nothing short of spectacular. Escaping reality at the the property is everything one would hope for. Access to kayaking and fishing on the reservoir in August looked as if you were painting your own post card. Both August and November stays were guys weekend away and everyone had a wonderful time. All accommodations far surpassed expectations and the chance to enjoy the outdoors is the ultimate stress relief. November even brought a light dusting of snow and gave a different and equally enjoyable experience. Looking forward to returning in 2013 and years afterward.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Our huge family of 29 enjoyed a wonderful weekend at Riverview. We were there to celebrate Christmas the weekend before and we had a fabulous time. Jason, the manager, was very kind and ready to help with anything we needed. Both adults and children had plenty of room to relax and enjoy ourselves. We look forward to returning soon to Riverview! This place was great for a family Thanksgiving. My family of 23 stayed in the Main House and the Entertainment House and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The manager, Jason, was readily available for anything we needed. He was very kind and helpful. It was great having a workout room, a pool table, and enough space to get together. I dont think I can describe in words how we enjoyed the weekend on the property..we stayed 3 families with 3 teenagers, 3 college guys, and 3 young kids. we had a wonderful time, we enjoyed the big house, the kids loved the hot tub and we loved the pool , the porch and the lovely view, we walked by the river and had a great relaxing and active weekend. The stuff was amazing! Jason and the other guys helped us organize and brought whatever we needed. we were facinated from the house and all the horse things in it. we will be back for sure!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We had such a wonderful stay and the Riverview Estate! We loved the property, loved the staff, and I shall miss my evenings on the porch with a glass of wine. Magical. This would be a great place for a large family gathering... we're hoping to pull one together! We stayed for a long weekend with our ski buddies for a spring fling. We went hiking, swimming, fishing, played pool and had a fantastic time. The place was immaculate, the staff was professional and attentive to all our needs the owner was warm and a great host. The food was like dining at a 5 star restaurant. This estate felt like we were skiing at Aspen and had all the extra perks without having to fly anywhere just a short drive from NYC. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a wonderful experience. We rented this house for a family reunion. This is a wonderful property. It is very clean, well maintained and has amazing amenities; pool, acres for hiking, indoor sauna and lots of bedrooms. In addition, they have wonderfully attentive staff who are can assist in any thing.
