Relax, unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet on the large deck of this quaint beach house located at Ocean Ridge/Davis Park. The ocean and bay are just steps away. Use our double kayak and paddle around the bay or in the Nature Preserve. Enjoy the deer in the yard as you use the outdoor kitchen. The outdoor kitchen has a seating area, refrigerator, large gas grill and sink. This beautiful beach house has three bedrooms; 2 rooms with queen beds and 1 room with a set of bunk beds and 2 twin beds. The spacious living room/kitchen has built in sofa's that can be used as beds as well. A large center island in the kitchen seats 10+. There is a large, lighted outdoor shower. There is plenty of space on the outdoor deck to lounge, sunbathe and eat. The two picnic tables seat 14+. Relax on the comfy chairs or loveseat and enjoy the flowers, fresh air and ocean breeze. All rooms have ceiling fans.

This house has everything you could ask for in a beach house. The location is perfect, just steps from the ocean, and the house itself is wonderful. We really enjoyed hanging out on the deck and using the outdoor kitchen. Also, the owners were great at answering any questions that we had leading up to the trip. Thanks Again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children.

This house is beautiful and CLEAN! The outside deck had everything you could possibly ask for! Great bbq with outside sink, plenty of lounge chairs, ample seating for meals, beautiful flowers and huge shower(no inside shower but outdoor shower is very private and fun!) About the owner: Hi. We are a family of five; mom, dad, daughter and two sons. Our kids are very active with soccer, baseball, lacrosse, swimming and dance. It's hard to find time when we can all get to the beach together but it is sooo worth it! It's great to feel like you are on vacation when you are only a few miles from home! Our dog Sophie enjoys the beach too!
Why the Owner Chose Davis Park:
Our family, parents and siblings, had been renting houses for 15+ years and we thought it was time to own a piece of paradise ourselves! It's so convenient only being a few miles from home. With everyone's hectic schedule it's easy to hop on the ferry and leave for a few hours if we have to.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We love swimming in the ocean, clamming and kayaking in the bay and walking through the nature preserve at Watch Hill. We also enjoy entertaining on the large deck.
