  Resolvi escrever em português porque quando estava à procura de casas, vi poucos relatam e não me ajudaram muito na escolha, então espero que este possa ajudar a todos, especialmente os brasileiros. Fizemos algumas cotações no Brasil e também em Orlando com brasileiros, mas realmente compensou muito mais fazer direto, mesmo sem falar uma palavra em inglês. Depois de procurar e selecionar cerca de 40 imóveis por mais de 3 meses, optamos por ficar no Disney Memories pelo melhor custo benefício e foi a melhor decisão que tomamos. O atendimento da Mônica, responsável pelo imóvel, é impecável. Tudo o que precisávamos ela nos auxiliou e com total agilidade (e olha que os e-mails foram inúmeros e todos traduzidos pelo Google....kkkkkkk...) Ela nos deu muita segurança e não precisamos nos conhecer pessoalmente e nem falar inglês para que conseguíssemos alugar o imóvel. A casa é maravilhosa. Linda, bem distribuída, muito bem equipada, limpa, segura, enfim, tudo de bom! Amamos. Nada nos faltou ou deixou a desejar. O condomínio é um capítulo à parte, além da excelente estrutura, os funcionários são atenciosos e generosos (seria muito legal se chegasse isso à eles). Mesmo sem falarmos inglês fomos muito bem amparados em tudo o que precisávamos. AMAMOS também. Enfim....Agradecemos (eu e minha família, total de 10 pessoas) à Mônica, por toda atenção conosco e por fazer nossas férias ainda mais bacana! Indico a todos que lerem. Um grande abraço!   This townhouse was a great find for our vacation. It was easy from start to finish with the owner. The furniture and accessories were very nice making it very inviting. The townhouse was clean along with the entire resort. The kitchen was my favorite because it had everything you need and was truly a gourmet kitchen. The added touch was the spice rack and updated appliances. The pool and lounge area was very convenient out back. When we can home late from the parks the kids could have a quick swim without having to go to the resort pool. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

  We were a group of three moms traveling with our kids and we absolutely LOVED staying at this particular villa AND with this rental mgmt company. The floor plan was perfect for us because each of the moms got their own bedroom and bath and the kids either stayed with us or in the fourth bedroom, which has two, double beds (accommodates up to 4 people). Moreover, because of the way the bedrooms are situated, each of us had a wing of the house all to ourselves. Very needed for relaxation and winding down after a full day at the parks with the kids. I also can't say enough about Monica, who answered all of my questions about the property quickly and promptly. No matter how many times I rent from Homeaway or VRBO, I always worry that the place won't turn out to be as advertised or that the code or key won't work. Monica made sure I had all the info I needed to check in and helped me feel comfortable by providing info about what to do after hours or on-site if there are any problems or issues that arise. The pictures of the villa give a good idea of the furnishings, but I thought the place was even nicer and inviting in person. I would not hesitate to rent this exact villa again nor would I hesitate to rent from this company too. The kids liked the pool that comes with the villa, but they LOVED the community pool since it's bigger and has a water slide and a hot tub. The staff at the community center were very nice too. However, they did not provide towels at the community center pool, which I think should be something they offer. (Monica advised us of this ahead of time.) It's hard to pack beach/pool towels in a suitcase because they take up so much room. Lastly, please make sure to ask how to lock up the villa when you leave the place for the day. Maybe it was just me, but I couldn't figure out how to lock the door upon exit. There were no instructions on how to do it. Luckily, a fellow mom had prior experience with a key-code lock like this and she figured it out. Overall, I would highly recommend this villa to anyone traveling with other adults and kids. The community and the villa were very clean, comfortable and safe. The location is on the west end of US Hwy 192 in a residential area. There's a Food Lion nearby and of course lots of restaurants like Buffalo Wild Wings, Outback, Golden Corral, Bonefish Grill, etc. Have fun!

• AMAZING VACATION HOME

  We stayed here last Monday for the entire week and the townhome is beautiful. The picture does not describe how beautiful it is. It was a very quiet and relaxed gated neighborhood and the security was on duty 24 hours. We really felt safe. The beds were very comfortable. The house was so neat and clean. The house was fully equipped with everything that we needed. The swimming pool was also beautiful. The staff at the resort were very helpful and sweet. The community pool, movie theater, gameroom, etc was great as well. So many things to name that was great at this resort. Also, Monica who I made the reservation through helped me from the beginning to the ending. If I had any questions she always responded so quickly. Thank you Monica for all your help. You've provided excellent customer service. We would definitely stay here again anytime I visit Florida.
