Welcome to our Casita! Happy & active snowbirds have been visiting this cozy loft style unit since 2005.
This former model has vaulted ceiling and simple Southwestern decor throughout. Relax on down filled chaise by the fireplace and watch some TV while your dinner cooks in the fully equipped kitchen.
Kick back and enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony with a view of the swimming pool or jump into the lighted / heated pool for a few laps before bed.
Watch a little movie in the queen size bed before ending another exciting day in AZ.

Jack is a project manager for a high tech company and Ayaka is a food safety consultant. We are blessed by wonderful tenants every year and enjoy getting to know them!
Why the Owner Chose Casitas at Park Centre
Mesa is known for good vacation rental but West Mesa is really the place to stay since East Mesa is pretty far from the major attractions. The airport, ASU, great golf courses, award winning performing arts center and museums, shopping and restaurants, Cubs spring training, etc. are all within a short drive. We also like this particular area within the complex because it's away from the road, private and by the swimming pool.

I have stayed at this condo every April since 2007 and plan to return again for the sixth time in April 2012. It has all the amenities and a 30 foot walk to the pool and hot tub. It is right around the corner from CVS, the supermarket and restaurants. I started travelling to Arizona in April 2005. I stayed in Tempe the first year and Mesa in 2006 at a gated community condo. I was very fortunate to find this amazing condo and would never stay anywhere else. The owner is very pleasant and everything is always immaculate when I arrive. My wife and I look forward to this trip every year. The condo has everything we need and is accessible to anything we could want and it is in a good area, where it is quiet, but yet in a five to eight minute drive you can access the major highways. There is no place better in my opinion. In 2007, my stepdaughter and her boyfriend joined us for a week. There was plenty of room and it was very enjoyable. Lots to do for everyone and all ages right in the area. I highly recommend this condo.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

Rental: What I loved about the unit was how cheerful and bright each room was. It's a beautiful unit with vaulted ceiling which made the unit seem very roomy. I also appreciated the simple Southwestern Style decor... Kitchen had everything from toaster-oven large enough for medium size pizza, muffin pans, nice silverwares and plates, crock-pot to Wok. At night, we enjoyed watching many movies we rented from nearby Blockbusters while snuggling on the sofa or in bed. The view of the pool with lit up palm trees was very peaceful at night, too. The attached garage was very convenient whenever we had lots of groceries. Location: We thoroughly enjoyed everything AZ has to offer! The major freeways were all 5 to 10min away, stores were just around the corner. We enjoyed various museums, performing arts centers, restaurants, malls all within 10-20min away. We took a day-trip to Grand Canyon, Sedona and enjoyed horse-back riding in Apache Junction. Squaw Peak was only 20min and we hiked up to the top a few times to enjoy the 360 degree view of Phoenix. Owners: Jack and Ayaka were very friendly and prompt whenever we communicated with them. We appreciated their willingness to go extra miles to make us happy :) We would definitely return if we ever have a chance to visit Phoenix!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.
