Why the Owner Chose Downtown (Viejo Vallarta):
Definitely I have chosen this apartment for its location. I do not need car and I always I have something to do! I am the type of person that love go walking around the downtown to see its people and enjoy the culture and the real life of a town. For me is essential to have everything I need on the palm of my hand. Thence, from my door I have all the restaurants I wish, great sunsets from the malecon, night life, all the beautiful cafes in the romantic zone, spas, gym, beach... What else can I ask for??
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment:
The Location and the comfort of the apartment. I am in the middle of Puerto Vallarta.
Personally I love to go out around 7pm and enjoy the sunset from the "caballito" in the Malecon and after that have a great dinner in front in "la Dolce Vita" or any other restaurant, I have many to chose and after that If I still have energy I love to go for a drink in any of the bars in front!
With my family and friends we love to go for a walk in the romantic zone and enjoy a cup of coffee or smoothie in some of the nice cafes and during the day we love to enjoy the beach...
And the best part is that we are really close to all this attractions!!!
