  What a fabulous place to stay! Everything was beautifully done, plenty of room, and being a couple that loves to eat in as well as eat out, the kitchen was updated with granite and fabulous! The furniture in the living room and the beds were very, very comfortable and all updated as well! We could not have asked for a nicer condo for the two of us. Suzanne was WONDERFUL to work with! When we are able to go back, we will definitely rent this condo again. We especially love staying in a "low-rise" building, and this is perfect - just 3 stories, and this condo is 3 from the end and on the top floor - perfect view, not terribly noisy - as I say, just perfect. We even lucked out on the weather! Our favorite part of Destin is Crystal Beach. Can't say enough great things about it.

  Our family -- 2 adults plus our college student, 2 high schoolers and a younger child spent spring break in this condo and had a wonderful time despite some chilly days at the beach. The location right on the Gulf is beautiful - truly, the view is spectacular. The beach service was a nice added touch, as was having the tax and cleaning included in the rental fee. We didn't care for the pool being on the street side, but it wasn't a big deal. And, while our kids didn't care at all, be aware that the 3rd bedroom is really a huge walk in closet with beds. This is common practice in the area to maximize sleeping space in rentals, and didn't bother us in the least - but just be aware in case it matters to you. The master bedroom was well appointed and comfortable as was the loft bedroom -- all of the beds and bedding were in good shape. I am very picky about cleanliness in vacation rentals and this condo was spotless when we arrived, which was very much appreciated. It's convenient to shopping and dining, as well as several grocery stores. The kitchen was a bit on the small side for those of us who like to cook; however, this expected based on the photos -- the house is just as advertised, and well maintained. Suzanne was very nice to work with and we appreciated that our security deposit was returned very quickly. We hope to return someday and, hopefully, have warmer temperatures to enjoy this very nice location. On the whole, we found this condo to be very nice and an extremely good value for our vacation budget. Thanks for a great week!

  We stayed at the "Seas" the Day! condo for a week and it was absolutely perfect! The condo itself was very comfortable, clean and attractive, with everything you'd need for your stay (for example, top quality appliances, utensils, linens, etc.). It is decorated in a delightful, whimsical manner which just adds to the fun of being there. The location is great, as it has a wonderful view of the beautiful beach as well as being close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Suzanne and Tony are very helpful with suggestions to make your stay the best possible and are great to work with, and we would completely recommend the condo without a doubt. We enjoyed meals at Louisiana Lagniappe (our favorite), Harbor Docks, and Pompano Joe's, as well as walking around the interesting harbor. The description on this site is accurate and we just can't say enough great things about staying at the Dews' condo. The only difficult part was having to leave. If a dazzling white beach with beautiful clear water is your idea of an ideal vacation (as it is mine), then the Dews' condo would be a perfect fit for you!

  My family had a fabulous week here! Condo has an amazing view of the beach. The decor was cheerful and cute. Felt like we were on an island! Loved the TV's and DVD players in all the rooms. Kitchen was perfect. Jacuzzi tub was awesome.The owners made everything easy for us. We would definitely come back to stay again!

  My family spent a week at "Seas" the Day in the Spring of 2012. I lived in a condo. on the beach in Florida for several years. It wasn't nearly as nice. The condo itself is well appointed with the best of everything, the beach is extraordinarily clean, and accessible (the beach chairs are a really nice extra). The condo. is conveniently located to great dining and other activities (the owners have thoughtfully compiled a notebook of dining establishments and points of interest for the guests). We would not hesitate to recommend "Seas" the Day to anyone (unless of course they want to go there when we do).

  We had a fabulous time in this condo! The owners were very easy to work with and very concerned that we have a good time.The view is unbeatable- the old pier is a huge plus- as is the short walk over to the beach. Perfect Destin beaches and water! We loved the flexibility of this unit and the space to spread out. Crystal Sands is so centrally located that it would be hard to beat. Having the beach chairs included was also great- makes a day at the beach easy and convenient!

  My wife and I ,along with our children and grandchildren, just returned from a week's vacation at Suzanne and Tony's condo. A great time was had by all. The condo was very very nice as reflected in the photos and the location was great. Being right on the beach was excellent and the views were outstanding. I would recommend this condo to anyone and Suzanne and Tony were extremely nice to work with and very informative. Great time and we will go back.

  We had the pleasure of staying at Tony and Suzanne's condo the end of May for 6 days and 5 nights. Let me preface this by saying that we have gone to Destin for the last ten years and have stayed several places but mostly at Emerald Towers. I can say without a doubt that on our next trip back we will definitely be staying at Suzanne's condo again. I really liked the closer proximity to the beach over the higher rise condos. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas were a great extra touch. The overall layout of the condo worked out wonderfully, as we had three kids and two adults. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and the necessary pots and pans. There were plenty of bath clothes and towels provided as well. I loved the decor of the unit - lots of great pictures and artwork. Also, the unit was very clean, which is a must in my book. Suzanne was so easy to work with and also got back in touch with me in a very expeditious manner. I could go on and on but you get the picture. Don't think twice - book it now before it's gone!

  I would personally recommend this condo to anyone... The owners were exceptional to deal with ...the area is great and close to everything. Great walking area. The weather wasn't the greatest while I was there but enjoyed the condo, scenery and watching the dolphins from the deck... thanks for a great month.... It was the longest I had not worked in 43 years so it was an adjustment and the area helped.all in all it lived up to my expectations....

  We could give a list of adjectives but PERFECT covers it pretty good!!! Tony and Suzanne are the best! The condo is beautiful, the view is to die for, and it is right in the middle of anything one wishes to do in Destin. We went to Ft. Pickens one day as the husbands are history buffs. ate a lot of wonderful seafood and shopped til we dropped, We even checked out some other condos in other places....believe me when I say this one is the BEST. The beach is breathtaking, the umbrella and chairs were such a nice thing to have.
