Welcome to L1, conveniently located on the first floor (technically the 2nd floor). You will love how convenient our condo is to the beach, pool, and upper parking deck. Our newly remodeled and refurbished 2BR/2BA condo has a lovely ocean view and overlooks the duck pond from our spacious balcony. Master bedroom has a king bed with new mattress, new contemporary furniture, flat screen tv, remodeled bath and all new linens. Kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware and cookware. Living room has all new furniture and a large flat screen TV for your enjoyment as well as a large assortment of movies. Guest room has two twin beds with all new linens and mattresses. New carpeting throughout. This is an exceptional condo that has been professionally decorated and has many special touches! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Your condo is just beautiful! We felt very comfortable here. Everything was very clean- fully stocked-and just like home. This was our first stay at Ocean Creek and what a great family resort. We absolutely loved our stay in this newly remodeled condo. Everything was so clean and bright with the ocean breeze filling the room. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy being together in the living room or on the spacious balcony. My grandbaby and I enjoyed watching the ducks in the pond every morning. By receiving the keys to the condo in the mail, this allowed us to travel on our own schedule and stop to visit family and not have the stress of rushing to get to the Realty. Co. by "4:00" only to stand in line with everyone else waiting to check-in. We arrived late in the evening and what a wonderful surprise to find fresh clean sheets already on the bed ready for us. We slept great on the new king mattress. The kitchen was "very" clean and organized; there was no rumbling through cabinets and drawers looking for utensils or pans that aren't there. We have been renting vacation homes for years and this was by far the most pleasant vacation rental we have experienced. Cheryl was so relaxed and informal that I thought this was too good to be true; a vacatiion rental could not be this simple or maybe I would be disappointed when I arrived. Cheryl reassured me that I would love this condo; I am so glad I listened to her. With a rental like this one; all you need to carry with you are flip-flops, a toothbrush and a swimsuit. Thanks Cheryl, we will definitely be back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.
