Beachside 1 - Sandestin - Destin, FL - Florida Vacation Condo Rental BEACHSIDE ONE Tower at Sandestin Resort may be one of the premier rental Gulf-Front residences in Sandestin. This PLATINUM rated, 14th Floor, 2BR/2BA PENTHOUSE unit takes full adantage of it's top floor location with its truly ENORMOUS UNIQUE 350 sq ft TERRACE. It has absolutely stunning views of the gulf & beach, Destin's skyline & Choctawhachee Bay (you can even see the marina at Baytowne Wharf). The master bedroom and living room walls have much more glass & windows than typical in condo's with incredible views as well. On top of all of this, our rates are less than what Sandestin charges for a regular 2Br/2Ba condo! This newly remodeled condo is tastefully decorated with travertine floors & granite countertops with brand new furnishings. The master bedroom has a king size bed with it's own private bath. The guest bedroom offers 1 set of bunk beds & a twin bed (3 total beds in guest BR). The living room has a new queen size sleeper sofa. This unit has a fully equipped updated kitchen, washer & dryer in the condo & telephones for free local calls. Each room is equipped with the latest in electronics (TV's, VCR/DVD players). Linens are also provided. Courtesy use of the owner's beach closet provides beach chairs, umbrellas plus other "suprises" for the beach & condo use. This is to save your valuable auto travel space & to save you money. Beachside One is among the 3 premier "beachfront" places to stay in the Sandestin resort. This private and securely gated condo is located on the beach away from the beach access points for all Sandestin guests. This allows for the less crowding and noising both on the beach and in Beachside One's private heated pool. A short stroll down the beach puts at FINZ (formerly the Elephant Walk), and outdoor pool/deck area famous for it's weekend outdoor "Jimmy Buffet" style entertainment. The Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is an award-winning year round resort destination offering 4 championship golf courses by architects Tom Jackson, Rees Jones and Robert Trent Jones, Jr. Tennis (15 courts), joggings, bicycling are all popular resort activities. The Village at Baytowne Wharf, a newer "New Orleans" style development within the resort, offers both fine & casual dining, upscale shopping & exciting night life. Whether it's an outdoor concert or a movie there's always something going on in the Village. Not that you would ever need to leave Sandestin Resort, which is 2400 acres, located within convenient driving distance are many great restaurants, sights and shopping (1 mile to Silver Sands Outlet- the nation's largest designer outlet center). Sandestin truly offers something for the entire family! ---- We can give you the best units at much lower rates than the resort. This is because we offer the owners units to you without the resort involved - so it eliminates their normal ultra high markup ! We charge the condo owners less than half the fee's that the resorts charge them - so both the owner and you get a much better deal ! There's TV & VCR in living room, TV in each bedroom, stereo with CD player in living room. Full kitchen, most have granite counter tops, and new appliances. Almost all our units have all new furniture. Most are decorator units. We have some that look like they'd be showcased in Southern Living Magazine. King size master bedroom, most have twin beds in guest bedroom, & almost all have a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. 30 out of 33 of our units have covered parking spaces FREE for our guests - so your auto is always in the shade and you can go to/from the condo to the car without getting wet if there's an afternoon rain shower ! Some units provide you a view of the pool (to watch the kids swim from your balcony). Some units are in more private quieter locations in the building. Some you get the sunset view, and some get the morning sun versus the afternoon sun. You want high in the building, mid levels, or if heights bother you we have the lower levels & walkout units too. If you stay in one of our units, we are sure you will request it again! This is because we only accept Gold or Platinum Rated units (we do not accept Bronze or Silver rated units which the resorts accept & half their units are Bronze & Silver rated units).
