BEACH MANOR at Tops'l Resort:
This property is located on the 4th floor, Gulf and Coastal view condominium is spectacular with one of the largest terraces you will find on the Gulf coast. This spacious condominium has a wonderful tropical decor. The kitchen with its all new cabinetry and appliances has been opened up to give an airy feel to this entertainers dream of a condominium.
BEACH MANOR:
all newly furnished living room has a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space and has a fully-equipped entertainment center with TV,VCR and stereo. The master suite has floor to ceiling windows with fantastic views and a French door opening out to the terrace. There is a king-size bed and entertainment center with TV and VCR. The guest room has a set of twin beds with another TV and VCR.
This condominium is located in Beach Manor in Tops'l Resort which is the last resort before the Tops'l State Preserve giving you the privacy and quietness of days gone by.
BEACH MANOR:
We also provide our guest with the use of this unit BEACH LOCKER items - sand chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards & sand toys thus saving you $ & valuable travel space.
The beach at Tops'l Resort is less crowded in the summer than other beaches and it has sugar white sand and crystal clear emerald water. Tops'l Resort is consistently ranked a "Top 5 USA Tennis Resort" by Tennis Magazine. There are 13 golf courses within 10 miles as well as world class tennis, spas, health clubs and deep-sea fishing.
