  We spent a wonderful week in paradise! Katy's condo was perfect. It's the best address on the island, outfitted with everything we needed. Highlights: beds were firm and very comfortable, great water pressure, drinking water, well stocked kitchen and plenty of room for 2 couples. The view from the patio was wonderful-the grounds are immaculate as are the pool and beach. Onsite management was courteous, friendly and very fluent in English. We can't imagine staying anywhere else and can't wait to return next year.

  My husband and I just stayed at Casa de Katy. It was just like the photos. Beautiful landscape, clean and comfortable. A water cooler was included in the kitchen for our use. We really appreciated that. It is just across the street from the Carribean side of the island. So nice to go for walks and listen to the ocean. We did not rent a golf cart or scooter, but would consider it for a return trip. The downtown area was at least a 30 minute walk from Casa de Katy. We enjoyed the walks as we got a good feel for the island. I would recommend Casa de Katy to a friend. Katy and Dave(the owners) were great and referred me to a transportation company, which provided excellent door to door service from/to the Cancun airport. Thanks Katy and Dave!! You made our stay on Isla Mujeres a wonderful experience!

  My sister, boyfriend, cousin and I stayed at Casa De Katy for 5 nights. The little Mexican cottage was perfect. It was so comfortable, clean and well placed on the island. We hired a golf cart for the duration of our trip and were glad to leave the hustle and bustle of the main strip each evening and go back to our quiet little home away from home. What a perfect holiday for us all.

  My friends and I came for a girls getaway and stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights. The property was a short walk from the ferry and in the best part of the island for going out, dining, shopping, etc. It's also on the nicest, most beautiful beach on the island. I looked at reviews of the complex on other sites and thought some of the pics were too good to be true, but the beach and pool really are that spectacular. There's also a great restaurant/cafe on site. The condo owners, Dave and Katy, were also super sweet and came by when we were on the beach to introduce themselves. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

  We have visited Mexico more than a dozen times over the past 10 years and this was one of the best locations. We lived in this Condo for 10 days and this is a great place. We were very comfortable and the service was excellent. A safe place with beautiful grounds. Stroll past the pool to the beach and spend the day enjoying sand, surf and beach vendors. Pack a lunch and drinks or be served by local restaurants. The day ends with some of the best sunsets you have ever seen. Highlights from this trip - Swimming with the whale sharks, floating in chin deep water to cool off, early morning walks and returning to a hearty and friendly greeting from Javier... Some condo specifics - that was the best shower in Mexico - ever. Nice kitchen and although we love the restaurants available on Isla having a few home cooked meals were a nice option and we found everything we needed. 2 King beds! The extra sink in the 2nd bedroom was a great feature for my teenaged daughter! Everything worked and I will without any hesitation recommend these accommodations to all my amigos.

  My husband and teenaged daughter and I had a wonderful vacation in Isla Mujeres in January. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very-well designed and furnished. Even better than the description. The owners stopped by to say hello and offer recommendations. Nautibeach is a small complex right on the most beautiful part of the beach. It also has a nice pool and bar. The location could not have been better. Restaurants and shops were only three or four blocks away, very close but far enough to ensure quiet. We didn't do much besides swim, eat, and relax. It was a great place to do all that.

  We stayed here for four nights in November, 2011. It was comfortable, well appointed, and located within easy walks to the beach and shops. Dave gave us good suggestions on restaurants, grocery stores, and other services. We'd definitely stay here again.
