The 'Arabella,' seven bedroom, five and a half bath villa home on Emerald Island Resort is a beautiful, executive, chateau-style villa with a fabulous south-facing pool overlooking lake and conservation; affording great views and spectacular sunsets! *** FREE International & Long Distance Calls *** + Games Room (Pool, Foosball, Air Hockey & Electronic Darts). Located on the exclusive resort of Emerald Island on the enclave, this beautifully appointed and spacious villa will sleep 16 (up to 18) and has seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, and upgraded interior designer furnishings. The amazing south-facing views can be enjoyed from the extended deck and covered lanai or from the oversized pool with adjoining heated spa.
This exquisitely-styled and furnished home is equipped with everything the discerning vacationer should require. From top of the range upgraded kitchen appliances to lavish four poster and king-size beds in the four master bedrooms. In addition, there is a also a queen-size bedroom and two further twin bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with HD LCD TV and the main gathering room is equipped with large 52" screen projector HD TV, DVD player, and PlayStation 2.
The gated resort-style community of Emerald Island is an attraction itself. The clubhouse has a pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, cyber Internet room, and a video arcade. There is even a Tiki bar outside on the pool deck, children's playground, a sand volleyball court, tennis centre, and a nature trail to enjoy.
Area Attractions close by include Disney (three and a half miles), Universal Studios, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Busch Gardens, Cape Kennedy Space Center (one hour), Gatorland, along with Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic Beaches each within an hour drive.
The aptly named Emerald Island Resort is the latest jewel in the vacation home market. It features an excellent range of facilities (volley ball, swimming, tikki bar, gym, etc.) for all ages and tastes, yet is less than three and a half miles to the Walt Disney World attractions. It is therefore suitable for families or groups of friends who are seeking affordable luxury in an idyllic central location.

The original Disney theme park in Orlando. Just 20 mins from the Arabella by car. The whole of Disney is very close making the Arabella an ideal to location to base yourself for that fabulous Disney vacation!

The house was wonderful. We had a great time. The only thing that I suggest is that you purchase more cooking and serving items. When cooking for a large group you need bigger pans and serving dishes.

Our group of 17 people (family reunion) stayed her in November 2010 and really enjoyed it. Every thing they advertised was true and it was very close to Disney and other Orlando attractions. There is nothing we could think of to improve upon. Would highly recommend this property to others.

Hello Andrew: We had a wonderful vacation and the Arabella was a huge factor with that. Our group consisted of 13 people of which 7 were adults (8 on one of the weekends) and the accommodations were perfectly suited to us. In particular, having en-suite bathrooms in each bedroom on the 2nd floor was perfect for both privacy and everyone getting ready in the mornings. And, the game room and pool were a big hit among the six children we had in tow. I concur with Dennis that you have been an extreme pleasure to work with and I will be pleased to recommend your properties to family and friends and will definitely consider choosing the Arabella again in the future during another Florida vacation. Thank you again for renting the Arabella to us and helping us have a successful Florida vacation this year. Have a great summer!

We just came back from our stay at Arabella. The Home was spectacular, gorgeous & obviously professionally decorated. This house was clean, huge and had Master Suites & bathrooms for all. There was plenty of room for all three familes. The pools & whirlpool were crystal clear & refreshing. The home was also very close to the parks. Additionally, the resort was beautiful and clean. I would highly recommend staying at Arabella if you want luxurious accomodations for all in your party!!!!

This was the best home away from home. I had a number of teenagers and younger kids with me and they thought this was the best accomidations. I would have to agree. From the moment we drove up the kids were excited. We step into a beautiful place to rest our weary heads. The pool and hot tube where a great end to busy days spent at Universal. We did a number of loads of laundry, which with teens, was a never ending job. The game room kept the kids busy as well. When the trip was over and we asked the kids what they would have done different, they said they would have liked to have had one full day at the house to relax and swim. That should speak volumes as to how much they enjoyed it. Again, I look forward to renting 'Arabella' again in the future. Tim

Our extended family,aged from 2to72 yrs loved the house. It is very private-no houses behind.There were plenty of towels,dishes etc, for the 14 of us. It was immaculate & well kept. Andrew, the owner was very helpful. Perfect location for DisneyWorld.
