This new 1687 sq ft unit has an additional 400 sq ft balcony, 2/2 3rd floor Luxury Condo offers a private foyer from the elevator. Panoramic view of the ocean, city and intercoastal from the living room, dining room and kitchen or from your wrap around balcony.
This unit sleeps five; with king beds in the master bedroom which has a beautiful view of the ocean and a luxury master bath, and the quest room with an amazing view of the intercoastal. Additionally we have a queen size air mattress.
The kitchen and baths have granite counter tops and are supplied with everything you need.
We are across the street from the ocean but this unit has a better view than any ocean view unit on the beach. This unit is approximately 100 yards from the beach ramp, as you go down the ramp you can turn right for the no-drive beach or go left to drive on the beach.
