This is a wonderful, warm and cozy beach house with all the conveniences you could ask for and yet it still retains a homey and comfy feeling as a beach get-a-way. Great living spaces for entertaining as well as curling up and reading, including fireplaces in living/family room. There are large front and rear decks as well for morning and afternoon lazing. The other advantage is location, location, location. This house is close to the entrance to Seadrift which means it is a 5 minute (really, 5) walk to the beach access! Also it makes a walk to town - restaurants, stores and the market in Stinson easy, not arduous! This is huge - it means you can walk to town without it taking the entire morning and still be back to enjoy yourself at the house! We've stayed here multiple times and always look forward to returning.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

About the owner: We live in Marin and rented homes in Stinson Beach every summer for 25 years. We finally found the right one!
Why the Owner Chose Stinson Beach:
We like being close to the gate, but inside Seadrift away from the holiday crowds. The end of the lagoon has the best views and most privacy. Walking to the Ocean is just a couple minutes.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Bet you can't find anyplace in your travels around the world that is prettier than Stinson Beach. I haven't found the place!
