Palms North is a charming 16 unit condominium located on West Scenic Highway 30A at Dune Allen Beach. Located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico with a private boardwalk to the beach. This second floor condo has a very cozy at home feel and a screened-in porch to enjoy your breakfast while watching the sunrise.

The bedroom has a king bed, the loft has a queen bed, and the couch in the living room is a great place to take those afternoon naps! You can spend time relaxing at Palms North's private pool or getting a tan on the uncrowded sugar sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. No Smoking. Two-car limit.

Palms North is just down the street from Santa Rosa Beach Club and at least 15 other golf courses are nearby. You will enjoy browsing through the nearby shops or at the Seaside Outdoor Market - just minutes away. We are even closer to downtown Grayton and only ten miles from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall in Sandestin. A 17 mile walking/biking/jogging trail runs right in front of the Palms North building.

  • We had a great time while in Florida. The Palms North 5B was a great place, nice and clean and very convenient to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and we loved that we were able to take our dog. My husband and son brought their motorcycles and we felt secure with the condo parking and we had a wonderful time. We would recommend you stay there the next time in the Destin area. It was very reasonable priced.

  • We really enjoyed staying at the Palms North 5B! Fantastic location, beautiful condo, and friendly neighbors. Our Boston Terrier loved the screen porch and the bike path...   • We had a wonderful time at your place. It was so cute and nicely decorated. Best of all I could take my dog. She loved the screened in porch. It was just perfect. Not to crowded and easy to get to places like Destin or Seaside. Great place to ride your bike on 30-A and walking your dog. Can't wait to go back next year.
