This apartment was just completely modernly renovated. The sliding glass doors open up wide to take in this wonderful deck built into the side of a mountain. Great building great location.

Doesn't feel or look like a apartment, more of a town house. Built into the side of the mountain the building starts on the 6th floor, we are the top two floors of the building 7th and 8th. So it's only one flight up. Building is 30 years old, but once inside the apartment you will step into 2011
APARTMENT STATS:
2582 SQFT. 1000 sqft open terrace. Whole apartment slides open to the deck. Making this place one of the biggest rental properties in Medellin. Awnings are in place rain or shine you can entertain on the patio. 5 bedrooms each with its full bathroom. 3 water heater make sure everyone gets a hot shower. 5 LCD TV's in each bedroom. Remote control ceiling fans. (1) 50 inch plasma LG in living room with blu-ray player. Still working on getting all the ipod docks. I believe as of today we have 3 docks installed in bedroom and 1 dock out at the bar. 4 lounger chairs, next to our 6 person hot tub. The entire apartment was redone opening the living room up to entertain in a space that doesn't have a comp on the Medellin market.
AREA:
Poblado, south, 3 blocks from avenida poblado and behind avenida las vegas. Next store to the body tech gym with the pool where all the beautiful people go, lol. Two local restaurants across the street are perfect for cheap good local eats. Getting to Parque lleras by cab takes about 7 minutes without crazy traffic. Frontera Mall is two blocks away Oveida mall took me 20 minutes to walk to. Taxi's can be called from the apartment or picked up on either poblado or las vegas streets. ATM's can be also found on Las Vegas and Poblado.

I own 6 rentals in Medellin. I am not a agent that handles others properties. All of them are own by me run by me and Ruben. We care. I make it a point to sleep at every apartment at least 4 times a year. I am looking for any possible problem that a renter might face. I take great pride in all of this and that's why we have a nice little following already.

I have stayed in a variery of apartments in Medellin and this one would be in my top two. First of all this is an enormous place spanning two floors. I couldn't get over how big this seemed. The deck itself is bigger than most of the apartments I have stayed in. The location is south of the Santafe Mall by about ten minutes walking. Next door is a historic church that hosts weddings on the weekends. I felt safe walking around during the day but didn't walk around too much at night -- even though there were people around -- there is a popular gym next door. I don't recommend walking anywhere at night othan than Park Lleras and only on the main streets there. Back to the apartment -- the manager met me at the entrance and introduced me to the Porters. From the point on everytime I walked up to the gate the Porters immediately had it opened for me. The service was great. The interior of the apartment is nicely decorated TVs and Ipod docks in every room. The showers all had hot water and good water pressure. I would recoomed this apartment to couples, families, friends, and groups. A solo traveler would find this apartment to be huge -- almost too much space. I stayed here with my girlfriend and we didn't venture into probably three rooms the entire time -- it is that big. It is roughly the same price as a single room at the Royal Medellin, Intercontinental, or Dann Carlton but here you get multiple bedrooms, privacy, and a huge deck and hottub with an amazing view. Trust me you will only thank me if you stay here.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers.
