This was just like being at home; it had all the accomadations that I needed. The location was perfect for walking, going out to restaurants, and shopping. I would thoroughly recommend this condo for vacationing. Hopefully I'll be back.Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

No surprises- great updated condo with gulf views and nearby shopping and restaurants. Appreciated the timely response and helpful hints from the owner. Would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Everything was as described in the listing and more. The location was excellent, property was very clean and well maintained. I have recommended this property to my friends and we hope to stay there again in the future.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway.

The location was great! There was easy access the pool/beach/restuarants/and local attractions. The kitchen is completely updated and the marble floors are beautiful. Everything was fully functional. There are many resturants with a great food/drink selection and is in close proximity of Clearwater Beach (20-30 minutes) which has many activities available. This property is clean and the photos are exactly what you should expect. If you need a personal recommendation, you can contact the owner and I would be happy to talk to you.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The condo is on a very nice beach and is close to a lot of amenities. Owner was extremely helpful and the condo was exactly as described on VRBO (very clean!). Would definitely recommend it.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Newly renovated condo, everything was perfect and the owner was extremily helpful. We will definately return to this condo. Pool and beach are great too.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Great vacation spot. The property is very well maintained and the condo is beautiful. Newly renovated with new applicances. Very clean and comfortable. View of the beach from the balcony, beautiful sunsets. Close to resturants and shopping. I would recommend this condo to friends and family. We will be returning in a month and have already booked for next year.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

We rented this unit for a two week period and were very pleased with the location and furnishings presented with the condo.The condo was very clean,well maintained with new top of the line appliances.all in good working order .The whole unit has been recently been renovated and is impressive.We found the other owners /renters friendly and accommadating.The location is near the many stores and good restuarents.We be returning in the future.Recommended for: Families with young children

Enjoyed my stay very much. The weather was wonderful, the view from the balcony beautiful and the interior was comfortable and clean. My son visited with me during my vacation, and is already thinking of a return visit sometime in the future. We have been going to PJ;s Seafood Restaurant at Indian Rocks for years and enjoyed some great meals there again this trip. Hope to return soon!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing.

This condo was spotless and well maintained, newly renovated with comfortable beds and new appliances. After spending six weeks there last winter it felt like home. It is a safe well maintained building with friendly permanent and renter occupants. We will be returning again this coming winter. Many great restaurants in the area. Golf courses, and shopping also available. I would recomment this unit to my family and friends.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

What a wonderful vacation. The condo was spotless and brandnew. We found a lovely restaurant just down the street called the Lobster Pot. I highly recommend checking them out. Go before 6pm for the Chef's special. We will definitely be back.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
