Our family of nine persons stayed in the house for a week over the Christmas season. The house fit our needs well with 5 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, 2 bathrooms, and an enclosed patio room they called "the atrium". The house sits on a beautiful location overlooking the Cimarron River just below the Eagle Nest Dam in Cimarron Canyon. The house was clean, with the exception of a few minor insects here and there. The washing machine only worked on one setting but the manager planned to fix that. The master bedroom is beautiful and attractive with a modern queen bed and very nice btahroom area. The house has two bathrooms. The only downstairs bathroom is small and causes some congestion for people to use. The house is newly remodeled and nicely decorated, well heated, and well maintained. The other two adjoining bedrooms are oddly arranged and a long ways from the dpownstairs bathroom. We stayed here and went skiing at Angel Fire Ski Resort and had a lot of fun. Our family enjoyed our stay and will probabaly go back.

We spent an amazing 4 nights in this beautiful house on this beautiful property. Accommodations were clean, nicely decorated, well-supplied, and well-equipped. Very comfortable beds! Beautiful hikes and quality fishing very close-by (fishing right outside the door with separate arrangements). The view from the living room picture window of the Cimarron River and mountains is incredible. Conveniences of Eagle Nest only 3 miles away, and entertainment at Red River only 20 miles away. Can’t wait to go back!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.
