This tastefully decorated and comfortable, 1200 square foot home is a three minute walk from the village mall where you will find shopping, entertainment, restaurants, day spas, and fitness center. Furnishings and decor have recently been updated. New carpeting and gas fireplace were installed spring 2007. Warm wood accents give this home a true Sunriver feeling.
The home is single level with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, private bath and exterior access to the hot tub area. The second bedroom has a queen bed as well as bunkbeds. There is a full bathroom in the hall. The living room and each room has a TV/VCR/DVD player. The home has a gas fireplace in the living room for warmth and a double car garage for your convenience.
A private hot tub and large deck with BBQ and comfortable patio furniture, with umbrella, allow you to relax and enjoy the outdoors. There are four adult and one child bikes, as well as a 2-child bike trailer to explore the miles of paved bike trails throughout Sunriver.

Sunriver Resort is located on the east slopes of the Cascade Mountains in the heart of Central Oregon's Recreational Paradise, just 12 miles south of Bend. Why the Owner Chose Sunriver
We love living in Central Oregon. If we did not live here, we would come here to vacation. With that in mind, we decided that Sunriver was the ideal location to begin our venture. We could own a vacation home to enjoy at a moments notice, and could also offer it to you, so that you can enjoy all of the things about Central Oregon that we love. What a fun investment this has been!
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our favorite thing about staying at 2 Killdeer Lane, is being able to bring our clothes and a basket of food. That is all we need. The home is fully equipped with everything we need for our small family to enjoy a perfect Sunriver Getaway. During the winter, we love ski at Mt. Bachelor and then soak in the hot tub. During the summer, we swim in the Sunriver Pools, play in the park and we absolutely LOVE riding bikes on the miles of bike paths. Dillon learned how to ride a 2-wheel bike there over Easter this year. Spring and Fall are both great times to enjoy the bike riding, hiking in the Cascades, and playing games or watching movies in front of the fireplace with the kids.

We are Ken and Jennifer Mucha of Bend, Oregon. Ken is a realtor and Jennifer is the property manager for Killdeer Lane, and also a real estate appraiser. We have 2 children that we love to spend time with in the great outdoors. Skiing, Hiking or kayaking in the Cascades, and bike riding in Sunriver are some of our favorite family activities.

I wanted to write to you and let you know how very happy my daughter and I were with the accommodations at your rental house. We especially enjoyed your well- stocked kitchen. We had purchased meat to grill, but in the evening the weather turned very stormy and we ended up using your George Forman grill. Also your waffle iron was awesome. I also enjoyed the variety of games you made available. My daughter beat me both times at Scrabble! It was so nice to be so very close to the Village and we especially enjoyed the bikes. We used the tennis and pool passes as well.

We didn't have any complications and found that all of the facilities were just perfect ... The location was just perfect. Our 5 year old had no problem making it to the mall area on her bike ...
