Killdeer 2 is located just a short 2 minute walk from the NEW Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center (SHARC) opening May 2012 & will include unlimited use passes!!
This tastefully decorated and comfortable, 1200 square foot home is a three minute walk from the village mall where you will find shopping, entertainment, restaurants, day spas, and fitness center. Furnishings, decor, bathrooms, carpeting and gas fireplace were recently updated. Warm wood accents give this home a true Sunriver feeling.
The home is single level with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, private bath and exterior access to the hot tub area. The second bedroom has a queen bed as well as bunkbeds. There is a full bathroom in the hall. The living room and each room has a TV/VCR/DVD or BluRay player. The beds are all made with luxury linens, crisp warm duvets, and new mattresses. Spa soap, shampoo, and a few other small ammenities are included to help you "get by" if you forget your own.
A private hot tub and large deck with BBQ and comfortable patio furniture, with umbrella, allow you to relax and enjoy the outdoors. There are four adult and one child bikes, as well as a 2-child bike trailer to explore the miles of paved bike trails throughout Sunriver.

Sunriver Resort is located on the east slopes of the Cascade Mountains in the heart of Central Oregon's Recreational Paradise, just 12 miles south of Bend. This popular world-class resort has extensive bike paths, three 18-hole golf courses, day spas (including Sage Springs Spa), tennis courts, swimming pools, parks, and shopping center with a variety of restaurants. Mount Bachelor Ski Resort area is just 20 minutes away, along with the Cascade Lakes recreational area and nearby High Desert Museum.

We love living in Central Oregon. If we did not live here, we would come here to vacation. With that in mind, we decided that Sunriver was the ideal location to begin our venture. We could own a vacation home to enjoy at a moments notice, and could also offer it to you, so that you can enjoy all of the things about Central Oregon that we love. What a fun investment this has been!
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our favorite thing about staying at 2 Killdeer Lane, is being able to bring our clothes and a basket of food. That is all we need. The home is fully equipped with everything we need for our small family to enjoy a perfect "Sunriver Getaway." During the winter, we love to ski at Mt. Bachelor and then soak in the hot tub. During the summer, we swim in the Sunriver Pools, play in the park and we absolutely LOVE riding bikes on the miles of bike paths. Spring and Fall are both great times to enjoy the bike riding, hiking in the Cascades, and playing games or watching movies in front of the fireplace with the kids.

We have 2 children that we love to spend time with in the great outdoors. Skiing, hiking or kayaking in the Cascades, and bike riding in Sunriver, are some of our favorite family activities.

I really loved this house. It has it all and I would suggest this place to all my friends. What a great job they did on the furniture not to mention the ambience. The owners are terrific also. They are quick to act on anything you might need. And the house is close to everything. You can't miss renting this house!

Stayed here with my husband, our daughter (9 months at the time) and young dog for two nights in November. The house is so cozy and comfortable. I loved the decor, the use of bikes, toy and game stash in the closet, hot tub and available space. We had a great vacation and this was a great place to stay. Thank you for setting us up last minute!

My wife and I booked a last minute trip to Sunriver and we loved this home. While it was only 2 of us, 4-6 people would feel very comfortable in this home. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, the furniture is comfortable, the linens and bed in the master were fantastic. The location is ideal as we could walk to restaurants and shops. The hot tub was great and easy to operate. We will absolutely come back to this home.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the property. Very clean, well stocked, tastefully decorated, comfortable in every way. The owner went above and beyond what I expected to see that we were happy. I would not hesitate to recommend this property - unless you want it on the week we plan to go back.

This Sunriver home is exactly as advertised; cute, clean and comfortable. We thoroughtly enjoyed our week skiing, shopping, and hot tubbing. The house was comfortable for the four of us, but would accomodate six just as nicely. We hope to return.

I wanted to write to you and let you know how very happy my daughter and I were with the accommodations at your rental house. We especially enjoyed your well- stocked kitchen. We had purchased meat to grill, but in the evening the weather turned very stormy and we ended up using your George Forman grill. Also your waffle iron was awesome. I also enjoyed the variety of games you made available. My daughter beat me both times at Scrabble! It was so nice to be so very close to the Village and we especially enjoyed the bikes. We used the tennis and pool passes as well.
