We stayed here with another couple for a week during Comic Con. This was a spectacular condo in perfect walking distance to the gaslamp district. The owner personally handles this property and has it set up perfectly. He met us at the door, was great to deal with before and after the rental and provides everything you could imagine you would need and more inside. Laundry, internet, top notch kitchen and extras. Every time we come back to San Diego this will be our first option from now on.

A friend and I just spent a week in this lovely, very clean condo. Ralph, the owner, went out of his way to be accommodating, helpful, and a delight to work with. We loved the privacy provided us by the two bedrooms and baths. The pictures are very accurate, except they really cannot portray the comfort and functionality of this condo. The location is excellent; walking distance to fabulous restaurants in Little Italy, touring the harbor, Midway, downtown, and Gaslamp District. Old Town Trolley picks up and drops off just blocks from this location. Balboa Park, the zoo, Coronado, and Sea World are a short drive, trolley or cab ride away. Our mornings were spent on the balcony watching planes arrive, and San Diego come to life. We had to pull ourselves away to start each day's activities. The Mercato, a Saturday Little Italy farmer's market a few blocks from the condo, is a must for anyone staying in the area. Extraordinary desserts, just steps away from the condo's front door, is also a must and delight to the eyes and palate. I look forward to future stays here, and would highly recommend it to others.

My husband and I and our 2 year old daughter stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time! We had everything we needed. The dessert place right next door was amazing and we were so close to everything: the zoo, sea world, and Balboa park. The owner was very easy to work with through the whole experience. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone and I'll be going back one day and would stay here again.

My wife and I traveled from Atlanta to spend a week here in September and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The condo is well appointed, clean and well located. The owner was extremely easy to work with and provided useful area information. The condo was exactly as advertised. It is in a contemporary building on the eighth floor with convenient underground parking. The condo building is very quiet, though there was occasional street noise. Though we did no real cooking, the kitchen was equipped with necessary items. Little Italy restaurants are just a few blocks away and easily within walking distance. There is a wonderful restaurant next door called Extraordinary Desserts that featured--you guessed it--extraordinary desserts! They also serve light food and beer/wine. The Gaslamp District is about a 10-15 minute walk or a short cab ride. Balboa Park, Coronado, and Point Loma are all within easy reach by car. There is also a nice grocery store, Ralph's, about 10 blocks away but we recommend driving since carrying groceries that far is not easy. There is so much to do in San Diego and this condo is very convenient to getting almost everywhere. There is easy access to Interstate I-5. We heartily recommend this place and think San Diego is "heaven on earth"!
