Just a three minute walk from the Champs Elysees, this light, airy apartment was recently remodeled, repainted, and elegantly furnished and includes all the comforts needed for a wonderful stay in the most beautiful city on earth. Located on the second floor (European) of a classic, well-maintained apartment building, with elevator, in the most convenient area of the 16th arrondissement, the apartment features high ceilings, large windows, hardwood floors, and excellent lighting.
A short walk in one direction takes you to the Arc de Triomphe; in the other direction, it brings you to the Trocadero and Eiffel Tower. Lovely Place Victor Hugo, a block and a half away, features wonderful cafes and chic shopping. Nearby restaurants include everything from neighborhood favorites to two Guy Savoy "baby bistros," to an Alain Ducasse showcase. The twice-weekly marche on Avenue President Wilson offers a tempting array of country-fresh fruits and vegetables, cheeses, meats, fish, and delicious prepared foods. Two grocery stores and an abundance of neighborhood services are steps away. Easy Metro access from Charles DeGaulle-L'Etoile (Line #1), Place Victor Hugo (Line #2), and Avenue Kleber (Line #6)makes visiting the major museums, the flea markets at Clignancourt, and commercial centers downtown and at La Defense quick and easy. The #52 bus goes directly to Stade Roland Garros and the French Open from Place Victor Hugo.

The dining area has an expandable round table that seats four or more, and four chairs. The bedroom features a California king-size bed, 7 feet long, 6 feet wide, dressed in quality linens, bedside tables with drawers and reading lamps, and a roomy armoire for clothes and shoes. The spacious, bright master bath is fully furnished with a large tub and shower. It features exceptional lighting and a full wall mirror that is great for shaving and make-up, and a towel warmer. In the bathroom closet is a new washer/dryer. A half-bath off the entry hall contains a toilet and sink, with mirror and excellent lighting.
