On one of the most beautiful locations of the Greek Island Lefkada or Leucade we have three luxury, eight persons, holiday villas.
The bright sun, vivid colours, crystal sea and golden sandy beaches, silver coloured moon, and the pure beauty of the untamed natural landscape - these are the features which have sculptured the emerald Greek Island Lefkada.
Lefkas boasts some of the best beaches in Europe, Porto Katsiki and Milos, it also has wonderful little coves and crystal clear waters to choose from. A great favourite amongst sailors and windsurfers who head down to the island southern most point of Vassiliki, famous for it’s sea breeze and safe waters to learn.
The island was a great favourite of the Greek Tycoon, Aristotle Onassis and for many years his private island, Scorpios; just off the coast of Nidri, was a playground of the rich and famous. Scorpios is just one of the little islands that gather around the bay, notorious for its schools of dolphins, and a perfect day out on the island means hopping over to Meganisi for lunch, or perhaps taking a speedboat tour around the islets and stopping for lunch and a swim.
Our villas are located to the South of the Island close to Syvota.
From the villas an amazing panoramic view of the sea is revealed. A steady stream of boats and yachts pass by all day long and the surrounding scenery is delightful. The ever-changing natural light reflecting off the mountains of mainland Greece and the nearby islands is enchantingly atmospheric. With some luck you see the Dolphins playing in the sea.
The views are incredible; every room of the villa's is looking out to the same breathtaking vista, whilst the owners Marina and Joop have made comfort a priority. All rooms benefit from air conditioning, TV, DVD and CD player, washing machine and a dishwasher, as well as a safety deposit box for peace of mind. The kitchens are very well equipped as Marina knows, that with such an idyllic balcony to dine on, eating in will be a more than one off occurrence, despite the fact that the area boasts wonderful fish restaurants and taverns.
Each villa has a gorgeous swimming pool placed strategically to benefit from the fantastic sea views, whilst still being private amongst the olive groves that surround the villa's. The spacious terraces around the pool have also been equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture to provide the ultimate in relaxation, with a BBQ for al fresco dining.
From the villa's there is direct access to the sea where a private platform is made for the visitors of Villa Lefkas to swim into the sea, for fishing or to relax and enjoy the sun.
Each villa has four twin bedrooms with en suite bathroom (bath/shower) and French windows out to a verandah that offers magnificent views over the sea.
