  This is a really great house - 50 metres from the sea but only 10 - 15 minutes from Central Stockholm. Is very well equipped and the owners could not be more helpful.

  consiglio a tutti di soggiornare in questa casa. C'è un'atmosfera bellissima. La casa è molto confortevole e raffinata negli arredi, è fornita di tutti i comfort e molto funzionale. C'è una bellissima vista dal salotto, spesso tornavamo presto la sera dal centro di Stoccolma,( che dista solo 10 minuti in macchina), per goderci un pò di relax in giardino.Vicino casa c'è un parco con moltissimi percorsi da fare a piedi. I padroni da casa sono persone deliziose e disponibili. Spero di tornarci presto!

  Some friends and I work in cirque du Soleil and stay in many places around the world. This home is among the most beautiful we've stayed in. It's close proximity to the city was perfect as it provided easy access to Stockholms electrifying nightlife, but also far enough to enjoy and absorb swedens amazing countryside. It is located next to one of swedens best golf courses, which was suprisingly affordable. The owner is very nice and quick to respond to all our questions. The property is absolutely beautiful. I would love to go back.

  Hemos estado alojados 11 personas de la familia durante 8 noches en la casa nº 36 y es una maravilla. Cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos y facilidades para hacer la estancia perfecta. La decoración es muy bonita y la casa muy amplia. Björn y Helena son encantadores y están a disposición de los inquilinos en todo momento. La distancia al centro de Estocolmo es muy pequeña, se puede hacer en bici e incluso andando si no hay prisa. Recomendamos sin ninguna duda esta casa y volveremos si se da la ocasión.

  La casa di Lidingo suscita una emozione particolare per bellezza, cultura ed atmosfera.Ha una struttura con forte personalità, assecondata dal suo arredamento elegante, raffinato ed ostinatamente svedese. I dettagli accompagnano il percorso tra le varie stanze in una armonia raffinata e molto ospitale, come i suoi proprietari, Si potrebbe sognare di esserci nati, vissuti e poi tornati da adulti. a tutto ciò, daremmo il nome di magia. Le immense finestre, che affacciano su questo mare, circondato dal verde, la volpe davanti al garage e i cerbiatti, che non appaiono né troppo coraggiosi né impauriti. Non vogliamo dire di più per lasciare a ciascuno la sua scoperta. Dettaglio non superfluo tutto molto pulito ed efficiente. E locazione ottima.

  We live in central Stockholm and needed a larger property to accommodate family who were visiting from England for 4 nights. We were delighted to find this lovely property so close to the city and yet in a tranquil waterside position. Holiday properties of this size and standard in such an ideal position are very difficult to find and our long search found no other to remotely compare. The house is beautifully appointed and fully equipped and the owners who live locally are helpful and hospitable. There is a feeling of luxurious homeliness throughout the house and the sauna is a real bonus for those wishing to relax after a day’s activities in town or swimming from the local beaches. External facilities are excellent and the outside table and chairs provide a delightful setting for al fresco dining. The comfortable hammock is ideal for those wishing to relax after a long lunch! We would not hesitate to recommend this house to those looking to combine the many attractions of the beautiful city of Stockholm with a with a private and picturesque setting.

Only 15 min drive into the city! The house was perfect. A good mix of modern and cozy, with a maritime flair. Lots of space and light. Björn made us feel very much at home, we did not even have to take care of breakfast provisions, everything was already there. Don't miss the forests and walking/running trails of Lidingö, all within easy walking distance. Well worth it! We hope we can come back one time ... Highly recommended!

  (Review from holiday-rentals.co.uk/p827608?uni_id=1167038) Rating 5/5 When we looked for a property in Stockholm, we were looking for a place that was family-friendly, close to the Stockholm transport system, and set in a peaceful surrounding. We were not disappointed! The house was spacious and fit our party of five adults and four children easily. It was extremely well-kept, clean, and organized. A beautiful house with wonderful views, personality, and class. The setting looked down on the water and backed up to a beautiful forest with numerous walking trails. Several playgrounds were within walking distance and a dock lies at the bottom of the property. Access to Stockholm and the Islands was excellent. We would probably recommend a car to drive to the subway, ferries, and stores but one could walk to the bus stop about 10 minutes away. We drove to a cheap parking lot (30kr/24hr) and managed to get into central Stockholm within a half-hour. One can also take the island tram to a dock with many ferries into the archipelago. After long days of sightseeing, the house had a welcome proximity and ability to provide rest and relaxation. While it's not for those who want to be directly in the city, it provided the right blend of city and island life we wanted. The owner was very accommodating and helpful with restaurant recommendations, traveling tips, and any needs we had. Overall, our stay was excellent. We would highly recommend it!

Every wish was anticipated and fufilled by Bjoern who made himself available to ius at anytime with helpful hints of where to go from haircuts to cuisine and tips on sightseeing in the beautiful and friendly city of Stockholm. Our teenage children enjoyed privacy away from their parents on the top floor of the most charming house with outstanding views and unsurpassed local scenic beauty which they took otal advantage of in their early morning walks and jogging regimes. The teenagers also appreciated the new bicycles provided by Bjoern to travel to and fro from Stockholm and the local village complete with charming shops, friendly restaurant and local cinema. After a hard day of sightseeing we were happy to return to the house with such an interesting history, warm ambience and the chance to retreat into family life, relax in a hammock or doze in the sauna. It was an enjoyable, relaxing wonderful stay which we hope we can repeat in coming years. Once again thank you Bjoern we enjoyed your company and interest.

4 persons = $4200, 5 persons = $4480, 6 persons = $4760, 7 persons = $5040, 
8 persons = $5320, 9 persons = $5600, 10 persons = $5880, 11 persons = $6160
$1050/night, 3 nights minimum
The Deposit is $900 USD and is fully refundable provided that nothing is broken or
missing in the house, or that you decide to be more people than quoted, or that
you order the final cleaning as a service, $450. 80% of our guests do 
do the final cleaning themselves.
