  This is our 2nd year staying in this most charming place with our hosts Fran and Nancy. We can have our morning coffee on the porch, swim in their pool in afternoon and enjoy and wonderful meal in their Chickee Hut. Fran and Nancy are most accommodating and will do anything to make your stay enjoyable! Rooms kept clean by Jennifer... best of all there is a community sense to this place and you become friends with all the guests. Home away from Home. SEE YOU NEXT YEAR!!!

  Good location, we stayed in one bedroom/bath suite, very comfortable, area surrounding Jensen Beach offers many side trips, island has many public beaches, small town atmosphere, owners Fran and Nancy very accommodating and friendly, on site grounds very attractive and landscaped, we would go back!   The Park View is by far the best and most comfortable place I have ever stayed at, the owners made me feel like Royalty from day one to the last day of my stay.....warm and welcoming reception, beautiful grounds and pool, laundry facilities were super, rooms were very clean and comfortable a real home from home experience.

  I stayed here for 2 weeks in May 2012, upon arrival I was greeted with a truly warm and homely welcome by Nancy and Fran (the owners) who could not do enough to make my stay memorable. My room was immaculately clean and kept that way by the hotel maid Jenny, everything I needed was in my room, tv,dvd,cable tv,cooker,fridge/freezer,dining area and the free wi-fi was very useful. Air con unit and fan were brilliant and much needed. The tikki hut was a real plus for shading from the sun or after a swim in the large pool. I can highly recommend the Park View to everyone especially families and it has a great restaurant just across the road and so much to see and do in the area, Jensen Beach is just down the road too. I have already booked for next year.

  I can't get over how clean, well decorated, hospitable, friendly, fun and great this place is. The pictures on the listing do not do this place justice, it is even better in person. The owners were accommodating, helpful, friendly and suggested great places for food and fun. We spent a majority of our time outside the apartment at the beach (a 10 min drive), so even though there were 4 people, it wasn't too bad. If there are any more than 4 people, I would definitely recommend renting an additional efficiency unit, or another one bed room unit. You can tell they have put a lot of hard work into updating and maintaining this adorable facility which is in the perfect location, not a far drive from the beach or downtown Jensen or Stuart. I enjoyed my stay immensely and recommend this place highly.

  A great place to stay in Jensen Beach! The owners are delightful, the rooms are cute and comfortable, and the location is quiet and convenient for getting around town. Highly recommended!

  My friends and I all stayed at Parkview over the Memorial Day holiday and couldn't have had a better experience. The rooms were spacious, clean and full stocked with everythin you need for the beach. We were minutes away from the water and great restaurants and the owners could not have been more friendly or accomodating. The pool was fantastic to lay out by during the day and then the tiki hut was a great place to hang out at night grill out and eat at. I would definitely tell all of my friends that if they're going to be in the area this is a great place to stay and I know I'll be staying there again. I'd highly recommend Flanigans for dinner while you're in town.

  My friends and I decided to spend Memorial Day weekend in Jensen Beach, FL and it couldn't have been more perfect! We BBQ'd Friday night at the tiki and it was absolutely wonderful. The owners were very accommodating. There are several restaurants and bars close by, and the beach is less than ten minutes away. What more could you ask for! We will definitely be back!
