Two double-bedded bedrooms can accommodate four persons, while two double sofa beds in the family room can accommodate and additional four additional persons. A massive fireplaced living room, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen combination provides openness to the expansive Lake Michigan shoreline views. Two full baths offer convenience for you and your guests. A washer/dryer-equipped laundry room makes clothes washing simple. An attached two car garage provides secure parking with plenty of room to store the grill and your beach items.
Relax and watch the firey orange sunsets as you savor a glass of wine while seated in a lounge chair on the large lakeside deck. Although the immediate lake frontage is stoney and rugged, there are sandy niches where you can enjoy morning coffee or lay out for sunbathing. A sandy swimming beach is located just a short walk from the site. This is quiet, private and relaxed vacation living at its best!
When you feel the need for a change of scenery, a bite of food or a bit of exercise, the city of Charlevoix, located a short four miles down the highway, offers a large choice of picturesque restaurants, stores, and art galleries. Public marinas on both Round Lake and Lake Charlevoix are conveniently located with rental boats for fishing. Water-skiing or cruising. The Beaver Island ferryboat daily leaves from its dockage near the downtown lift bridge. Several challenging golf-courses are available within a radius of 15 miles.
