This recently refurnished and decorated condo has great whitewater ocean views from the bedroom, living room/kitchen and balcony. If you know the North Coast Village (NCV) you already know what a fantastic location and complex it is. Our unit is designed to provide a comfortable and enjoyable base for all of your vacation days in Oceanside. You will find a newer king-sized pillow-top bed in the bedroom and newer queen-sized with comfort topper sleeper in the living room for a MAXIMUM occupancy of 4 people (including children/infants). Everything you will need from linens, towels (new egyptian cotton bath towels and new beach towels too!), utensils, cups, glasss, plates, etc. is included. Just bring your self and your toothbrush.
At these low rates we are filling quickly, so don't be dissapointed, reserve your week now. Don't end up paying more for a place that has no or less of an whitewater (breaking waves) ocean view. Note: During Peak Season (June1/13 to Sept. 14/13), we only accept 7 night, Saturday to Saturday Bookings.

We spent the month of February at this lovely condo in Oceanside, CA. The condo is exactly as shown in the photos and was very clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This is a great location to explore this coastal area. The suggestions of things to do, maps, train schedules was helpful. The owner's prompt response to our questions was much appreciated. We certainly hope to be back to stay at this condo again the future.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I am so happy we came across this beautiful property and condo. We wanted a romantic and relaxing beach getaway and that is excctally what we got. The condo was very comfortable and had many extras that we never would have expected. The grounds were beautiful and had so much to offer from swimming/ hot tub to pool tables, air hockey and putting green. We will definitely be back!!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We both agreed this was one of our favorite vacations ever! The condo and facility encouraged healthy activity and we took advantage of it. We primarily kept to the Oceanside city limits, where there is plenty to do-beach, pier, marina, downtown, poolside, etc. Every day was a new adventure. The condo is comfortable and inviting. We felt at home. The owners were prompt to assist with any request we had. Take a load off and escape to this rejuvenating retreat in Oceanside.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Wow, this is a fantastic, spacious apartment. It has everything to relax and visit the beach with a handy stroller for carrying the beach “things”, there is enough even for children! We’ve enjoyed the views from the balcony and the beautiful sunsets at the shore. What a great condo! Kids slept on the pullout sofa bed and we took the bedroom. Great shower and kitchen and plenty of beach toys. Nearby beach was safe and gorgeous. Nice new HDTV for us to watch the Olympics. Location was ideal if you want to see Zoo, Safari Park, Disneyland, and Legoland. We'll definitely stay again!Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing.

We had a wonderful time. The Condo was exactly as promised. It was nice to sit on the balcony, sipping coffee and watching the waves. The walk to the beach was short and easy and the condo was well stocked with all kinds of beach gear. The bed was very comfortable, as was the pull out couch. It was nice to have things like coffee filters, peanut butter, paper towels etc on hand. The amenities on the grounds were so nice, from the pool, to onsite laundry facilities, pool tables, game room, etc. It was a fabulous vacation in a beautiful condo.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

We had a wonderful time in Oceanside. The condo had everything you need except for a real beach umberlla. It is a very quite complex with a fablous pool and spa. My whole family enjoyed and we can't wait to go back!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children.

My wife and I have enjoyed several vacations in the Oceanside area but, none as enjoyable as this one. This Condo was acceptional and the owner was very pleasant to work with as we made the reservations and he was also very specific about directions and services. The views from the condo were very good and sitting on the balcony and being able to enjoy the ocean and beach views was exceedingly pleasant. I must say everything was as nice or nicer than the listing description. All of the media and appliances worked very well and were easily accessible. There were no misleading photos or description of the property from the owner. The condo was clean and well maintained throughout. The bed linens and bath towels were as nice as any 5-star hotels we have visited. We would recommend this vacation site to any of our family and/or friends. Oceanside itself is a peaceful little village that has many immentities to enjoy and several shopping malls in the area make it inviting for both me and my WIFE (if you know what I mean.) The Condo community itself seemed very peaceful and quiet. We look forward to many future vacations to the same Condo community and hopefully to suite B226.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We have stayed at NCV every year in many different condos. We have been happy with all of them including this one! Bed was comfy, view was nice, loved the beach cart and chairs! Nothing to complain about!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Condo is clean, well equipped and accurately described and shown in the photos. Very comfortable furniture and the King Bed is "to die for"!! Best sleep I have had away from home. Great rates and David was very responsive to answer any questions I had. The gated complex is very well maintained. You really do feel like you are at a Maui resort. NCV location is great and the beach is clean. Short walk to main street for a delicious breakfast at the Breakfast Club (BCDC) or dinner at Veneto's for fabulous Italian food. Don't forget market day on Thursday mornings and then later Thursday is the evening festival. So much to do in the area!! About a 40 minute drive to casinos resorts and the mountain views are beautiful. Drive to San Diego is 30 minutes away with lots of places and locations to see. Balboa Park and the San Diego Zoo should be on the top of your list. I would highly recommend this NCV property and look forward to a return visit!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

During Peak Season we only book stays from Saturday to Saturday. ADD CLEANING/HOA CHECK-IN FEE TO 4TH OF JULY or CHRISTMAS EVENT RATE. Cleaning/HOA check-in fee is $95. Taxes are 11.5% on rental portion only. Cleaning fee on monthly stays is $195. Travelers who do not wish to pay the $49 non-refundable VRBO damage policy can pay a refundable $200 security deposit ($300 on monthly stays).

About the owner: I am a self-employed business owner who owns and operates a dozen rental units in Southern California. I live with my wife and 2 wonderful daughters with our 4 dogs on a one acre horse property located about 30 minutes outside of Los Angeles and about an hour and a quarter from Oceanside.
Why the Owner Chose North Coast Village:
We chose to buy in the NCV after staying at my in-laws beach rental (the famous Roberts Cottages) in Oceanside for the past ten years and searching for our own 'perfect place' from Ventura to the Mexican border. I quickly realized that there was no other town as comfortable to us as Oceanside. I also found no other development that had the ambiance and resort-like feel of the North Coast Village. You would literally have to go to Hawaii to find a comparable setting. I have to remind myself that I am not in Mauii but only 30 minutes from Downtown San Diego and and hour from LAX!

Casual, yet charming condo offers all of the comforts of home, yet it is steps to the best beach in Southern California! Enjoy all that Oceanside has to offer or just curl up in your 'cottonball' and stay in the complex and utilize the full kitchen and make this your 'home at the beach'. Life is way too short not to enjoy this if you can.
