We recently returned from a wonderful week at Pineapple Cabana. This was our third time staying at one of the Easy Street rentals and our first at Pineapple Cabana. We had 9 adults and 2 sm dogs and had plenty of room for all. The extra guest house was a quiet little getaway from all the activity of the main house. The heated pool was glorious and the golf cart was a lot of fun to run around in. Rick Scali and Easy Street Vacation Rentals is our only choice for vacation accomodations in the Destin area.

We have stayed at the Coral Cabana and the Pineapple Cabana. I would highly recommend either. Easy Street is a perfect get a way for relaxation.

The stay was great, our whole family loved it. We did not want to go back home. The age range was 20 to 69 and the bunkhouse was perfect for my son and nephew. The rest of the family stayed in the house with our three mini schnauzers. We will be staying at the pineapple cabana again and again. Aug 1-8, 2009: There were 13 of us in the family and we had an awesome time at the Pineapple Cabana. The house was just what we dreamed of and it was not crowded at all. The kids loved the pool, the adults loved the beach and us old ones loved the house. We received the much need rest and it was everything we had hoped for. When I got back to work two ladies were waiting for my reaction before they booked with Easy Street. Since I'm so hard to please, they were elated to find out that I gave EasyStreet two thumbs up and suggested they put their deposit in quick for next year. They are now trying to decide which home to stay in! EasyStreet, you have my approval!

We checked in 07/04/09 and checked out on 07/11/09. It was such a relief to be able to take our puppies with us and not worrying about someone else taking care of them (no one takes care of your puppies the way you do). The Pineapple Cabana was great...plenty of room...nice pool.. and a short distance to the beach. If we had to change one thing, it would be just to have more sitting capabilities in the living room portion. Other than that...no complaints. We would definitely love to stay again.

Thank you for the nicest vacation I have had in years. The house and grounds were perfect. I came with my daughter and her inlaws and they had a GREAT time with their dog Miranda. The fenced in yard and walking paths to the beach and coffee shop were perfect for her and us. Debbie and Rick have certainly found and created a paradise of which I will share again and again in future times.

My name is Miranda, I am a 2 year old lab mixed that just loved going on my first vacation to Destin, Florida, April 2009. This was made possible by Debbie & Rick Scali and the pet friendly rental of Easy Street. My owners were happy that I was so welcomed, which allowed them to have a great time. The Pineapple Cabana is not only immaculately maintained it is bright, inviting and very private. With the pool, porches, fenced in yard with a swing, golf cart, short walk to the beach and places to eat - to name just a few special things - should there be any thing missing Rick is there to help. We only found that our stay was short and can not wait for our next visit, which will be very soon.

The house was fabulous! All the comforts of home were right there. The property was well maintained and beautifully decorated. I have to say this vacation was one of the best. When we return to Destin, I would love to go right back to the Pineapple Cabana. Our host was great and helpful. The golf cart was perfect for getting the kids and their toys to and from the beach. Being able to travel with our dog was a definite plus. The only downside was not being able to stay LONGER! We will be back.

This was our 3rd year at the Pineapple villa. There are 12 of us plus our dog, ages 3 years to 87 years old and there is something for everone. Pack a few clothes and some groceries when you leave home. Everything else is provided. From kitchen utencils to waters toys you will have any and everthing you need to have a great time The house is beautiful and well kept and Rick is always available to make sure that you have what you need We look forward to our stay each year

This property is FABULOUS for a large family and your furry little friend. Celebrated our daughter's 16th birthday along with a friend or hers and they really enjoyed the cottage attached to the house. You will also love the decor. Very convienient to malls, restaurants, etc.

I have been coming to the Destin area for 20 some years. This place was fabulous. The quite cove it is in was perfect for our family. It was like beening secluded from the rest of the area. The golf cart option to the beach truned out to be a great choice. We loved the layout of the home. It fix the needs of our family to a tee! Well kept, clean and Rick was so helpful. First of all I would like to say that the house is absolutely beautiful it is a home away from home. We had 15 of us to stay and had a great time. The house is equiped with everything that you need and I mean everything. We also had our dogs and the fenced in yard is a plus. The kids loved the swimming pool and the short walk we had to take to get the beach. I would recommend anyone to come and visit the Pineapple Cabana or any of the homes that Ricks has I am sure they are all equiped the same..We hope to be able to take another vacation next year and stay at the Pinapple Cabana.

I have been coming to Destin for the past five years and Pineapple Cabana is the "best of all worlds" when it comes to a Beach House; 1) The property is secluded and very private, with a private drive, 2) There is plenty of room, the guest house is extremely convenient and there is plenty of privacy for everyone, 3) The house is situated, where the sun rises and sets over the pool, you can lay by the pool at anytime to get a sun tan, 3) The beach house is only a block away from the beach and thankfully all of the noise from scenic hwy 98 is blocked, it is very peaceful, 4) There are plenty of great restaurants in easy walking distance, 5) My two yorkies absoultely loved the yard, 6) Rick and Debbie maintain the beach house (and property) to a level of prefection. In summary, if you appreciate and respect quality and truly want the "best of all worlds in Destin", then this is the beach house for you! -- Bob Terry, Nashville TN

We are in love! The Pineapple Cabana has been our home for the past month, and we have enjoyed every minute. We travel with our 2 dogs, and the convenience of a fenced-in yard, seperate from the pool fenced area, has been wonderful. In fact, we don't have it so good in our permanent home! We enjoyed our stay in nov.2007. The house was really a home away from home both for us and our two Tibetans. They both enjoyed the freedom of the enclosed backyard. The house was very comfortable and the area is quiet. I am sure that if we plan another longterm vacation with our dogs, this would be the place to go back to.

Another wonderful Vacation on Easy Street at the Pineapple Cabana! It's like visiting a friends'home that thinks of everything. Heated Pool,a fully equipted kitchen, nice linens, fuffy towels, and a aray beach items! Just pack your cloths, your family and your pets and just a 5 and 1/2 hour drive to Easy Street from the Atlanta Area ! I have been in each of their homes and they are all so clean,and well furnished, the first time we visited we were so suprised! We always travel with out two poodles and we had settled for less that average places that were not so clean and had what looked like left over garage sale furhishings and when we got to the Pineapple Cabana we thought we were in the wrong place! The furnishings are practially new! The Owners Rick and Debbie are so friendly and caring that you will just fall in love with them too! Automatic friends in Destin! Lucky Us!

My husband and I and our 7 yr old cocker spaniel spent a glorious week at the Pineapple Cabana. The house is exactly as we had pictured it to be and was so homey that we were relaxed right from the start. Every convenience that you could want is available in the house. The yard is great for children and for pets. Our dog loved being able to stay cool in the screen porch and watch while we enjoyed the pool. We loved the beach and will definitely return in the future. Debbie and Rick are great hosts.

This was our second year at the Pineapple Cabana. I have stayed at several other rental houses in the Destin area and this by far is the BEST house I have ever stayed in. The house is so wonderfully set up and stocked. Rick and Debbie are the most gracious hosts! My husband and I truly do feel like you are going home when we are on are why there. This year we were overjoyed that our grandchildren could come and stay with us for a couple of days. We had a blast in the pool. And all of the beach supplies that are at the house....WOW. They thought they were at a store! Most of all we love this house because our four legged babies can travel with us. There is nothing better than sitting on the swing in the morning with a cup of coffee and having a puppy running in the grass toward you! There is a saying "A rainy day at the beach is better than a sunny day anywhere." The person that said this must have also visited the Pineapple Cabana! See you next year!

This was our first visit to Destin. The reason why we picked this place was the fact that we wanted to travel with our two 4 months old puppies. We wanted to stay at a place that was pet friendly. Wow! Were we impress with the set up. Rick and Debbie made us feel as though this was our 2nd home. They welcome us the day we showed up and gave us a tour of Pineapple Cabana. It was prefect! We've never done anything like this before and so grateful that our first experience was with them. We will want to come back again and again. This was our first visit to Easy Street and Destin. We were absolutely smitten with both! When booking a place to stay online, I am a little apprehensive about what we'll find upon arrival. All I was thinking when Rick was showing us the house was, "this is so perfect". The amount of amenities that were in the house were countless. The private pool is such an asset. We loved the cul-de-sac, so quiet and peacefull and talk about atmosphere, it was like being in a beachy magical place. We are now in the process of planning our visit for next year and bringing family with us. Rick and Debbie, my hats off to you guys, what a life style. I have already started telling my friends and family about Easy Street!

This was our first stay on Easy Street but it certainly won't be our last. We stayed two weeks this summer and hope to stay three next summer. When we first started searching for a place in Destin, our first priority was to find a place that allowed pets. We will not go anywhere with out taking our little Shih Tzu (GIZMO) with us. We figured that once we found that, the quality of the accomodations would be second. We were extremely surprised to find that the home, the location, the grounds were all first class. Rick & Debbie have done a fantastic job with the home and amenities. The dead-end street, with not a contant steam of cars and people going by was so quiet & peasceful. We loved the private pool, access to the beach and all of the great shopping and restaurants so close by. We highly recommend the Pineapple Cabana and can't wait for our next visit. We love visiting the Pineapple Cabana, this was our third year returning. The home away from home feeling is great! The private pool is a huge plus, and the beach is great. We love having a place that we can bring our Pekingnese, Gizmo along. There is always everything and more readily available at the house and all the little extras are great. What can I say about Pineapple Cabana-Upon arrival, you've just made it back home! Away from the hustle & bustle of vacationers, Rick & Debbie have provided an Oasis surrounded by the beauty of the ocean. It's comfort, tranquility & style emplifies pure pleasure & relaxation. It's truely home away from home. My wife, her brother & wife visiting from Germany & our two dogs fell in love with the place. The sunrise & sunsets were magnificent. After a early morning swim at the pool, a nice stroll on the beach, sight seeing, shopping & restauranting, we really enjoyed the peace & quiet the Pineapple Cabana offered. Next time it'll be just my wife & I.

We just love the Easy-Street Rental, we stayed June11th-June18th, we vaction in Florida every year and our search has ended! We have found the PERFECT "Home" to stay at. Being that we have a dog, and that we where able to bring her with us, made our vacation complete. Yes we brought the kids too, they loved the beach, the private pool the convient amenities the quick access to the Ocean and all of the close restaurants. The owerns Rick and Debbie Scali, couldn't have been nicer or more accommidating. We have nothing but nice things to say about our entire experience. We highly enjoyed our week here at Pineapple Cabana. The house is absolutely wonderful & our older boys loved the private pool. We are from Atens, GA (Go Dawgs) so we had about a seven hour drive - once we got here my 3 yr of daughter asked " Mommy are we still in America". We had a great stay with very little rain - we only missed one day at the beach. Thank you! P.S. The little red wagon was a great help with our 2 threee yr. olds. Nice touch.
