  We chose Rancho Relaxo for our special Sister Weekend Get-Away and had the most relaxing and fun weekend imaginable! The owner was so wonderful to work with, and Rancho Relaxo far exceeded our expectations! Everything was so clean and comfortable - a perfect setting for us to have some relaxing quiet time away from our normal, busy lives. We will most certainly be back again for more special weekends in the future!

  Everything about this vacation rental was perfect. The pictures do not do the home justice! I found myself never wanting to leave Rancho Relaxo. The home is a good size with a nice bright open floor plan, a beautiful kitchen and vaulted ceilings. It is fully stocked with everything you need for your stay. It also has a nice fenced in back yard with a small barbecue that would be perfect for the summer! It is centrally located within Birch Bay in a residential neighborhood- not on the more busy main drag. It is also only a short walk to public beach access. Myrna was wonderful to work with. She truly puts a lot of time into Rancho Relaxo (unlike other vacation rentals we have stayed at) and it is apparent! We will definitely be going back!

  We had such a nice visit to Birch Bay. The cottage was completely adorable and comfortable. We enjoyed the peaceful sea-inspired colors throughout, the coastal decor and the cozy fireplace. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked down to scissors, plastic baggies, & matches. The games puzzle and magazines were a bonus. The backyard was fully fenced so our little one could play outside. Not to mention the fire pit and bbq! Check in & out was a breeze and the owner made everything so easy! Thank you for the lovely, lovely visit and the delicious bottle of wine. We will be back to see what Birch Bay has to offer in the summertime.

  My fiancé surprised me with a weekend away for our anniversary at Rancho Relaxo and we will, without a doubt, be coming back. Everything was exactly as pictures and described, cute, clean, bright, and open. I also appreciated all the flyers that were left for us to read. They were full of ideas of things to do and see and the bottle of red wine that Myrna left us was perfect. We spent the first night sipping and planning our weekend. We played a game or two of Janga and enjoyed exploring all that Birch Bay had to offer. I’m counting the days until we return to Rancho Relaxo!

  Rancho Relaxo was exactly the place we needed to be. It was as advertised!!! (clean and as reflected in photos) We liked having WIFI. Great beach to take a nice walk on.

  Myself and 3 girlfriends celebrated 20 yrs of friendship with a weekend away in Birch Bay. We are so happy we chose Rancho Relaxo. Super clean and new, it was a very comfortable stay. It was really hard to get out of the super relaxing armchair! We enjoyed our breakfasts at the Bay Cafe (yummy breakfast burritos and "bay"wiches) and got a few deals at the Thrift store around the corner. Unfortunately the C Shop was pretty much closed for the season, so we'll have to check it out next time. Myrna was super helpful and gave us lots of suggestions on things we could do in the area. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
