  A great vacation home for our family, 4 adults and 2 teens. Kitchen and Family room was a convenient place for us all to gather. Also the back porch is peaceful and offers another gathering place. we simply loved the home and it served us well. We would do again, which is our best recommendation.

  It's so redundant to espouse the exact feelings that others have shared about 203 Carolina; pictures don't do it justice, lots of space to spread out for privacy, but still come together as a family, rooftop deck views are awesome, a home that has been so well cared for you feel the love as soon as you walk in. We've been vacationing at the IOP for close to 20yrs and this is by far the best place we've ever had. thanks to you both for opening it up to the weary family in search of some solace.

  This is an amazing house! It might be hard to believe, but the pictures really don't do it justice. From the rooftop deck to the serene cabana, you'll be more than impressed. Its unique design provides multiple private areas for cozy, quiet times and wonderful gathering places for your whole group to enjoy. The owners have tastefully decorated it and you'll find it exceptionally clean. They are friendly and helpful and make you feel like family. The beach is just a short, pleasant walk. Use the large beach cart that's provided, load it up and spend the day there. When you return, have dinner on the spacious screened-in back porch and enjoy the beautiful landscaping. Afterwards, relax on the rooftop deck and spend the rest of the evening star gazing. It doesn't get better than this! Thank you, Joanie and Tim, for a wonderfully memorable vacation!

  We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation in Isle of Palms at this beautiful home. I was a little leery to rent a private home because I wasn’t sure if the description and pictures were going to be an accurate reflection of the property. This house exceeded our expectations in every way. The home is decorated beautifully, the location is perfect (5 minute easy walk to the beach), and it has all the ammenties you could ask for (fantastic kitchen with everything a chef could ask for). The home is laid out perfectly, plenty of spots for us to gather as a family and enjoy each other’s company (big dining room table tor family meals and card or board games, big family room to enjoy movies together, big front porch to reminisce and chat) and it also has tons of little area to just get away and be by yourself to enjoy some peace and quiet or a good book. Great downstairs area for the kids to play ping –pong, darts, corn hole, and just have fun kid time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

  We rented this house for 3 of our children and their young families. It was absolutely ideal. The bedrooms with bathrooms were spaced apart from one another so that each family had an area to call their own. The large living area and kitchen were designed so that we could all gather in the same room and have plenty of space to be together. However, if one wanted to get away from the hub-bub of noise and have peace and quite or an intimate conversation, there were many screened in alcoves to do so. My personal favorite was the front porch where I could swing or rock with one grandchild or another. The kitchen was so well supplied that we chose to take turns fixing meals and cleaning-up. It not only saved on money but it also provided a place where we could eat and talk together without having to wait in long line and still not be able to sit together. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We simply could not have asked for a more perfect situation or place to rent that could have served our needs better..

  My family stayed in this home last week and it was wonderful!. The home was AMAZING. The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures! It is very spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. The kids loved playing ping pong, darts, and having their own tv's. They truly enjoyed being at the house as much as being on the beach. The owner was very helpful and gracious. I would highly recommend this home!

  We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home very much! It is so spacious, with room for all of your guests to relax and enjoy. The layout is completely practical, with very nice bedrooms and bathrooms throughout the home. The porches are fantastic! Plenty of room inside and outside to eat, read, play games and enjoy your vacation. Plenty of water/showers outside to get cleaned up after a day at the beach! The location is fantastic - with so many sites and restaurants nearby. The linens and towels were top quality. We found everything we needed in the kitchen! I would definitely come back!
