This direct Gulf-front condominium is located in Indian Rocks Beach, one of the loveliest beaches in Florida, centrally located only 25 minutes from Tampa and 90 minutes from Orlando.
Accommodations include three bedrooms, two full baths, heated pool, grilling area, elevator, large balconys, master bedroom is directly facing the Gulf, sleeps eight, end unit with lots of windows, additional balcony in rear directly overlooking the intercoastal waterway, Jacuzzi tub in second bath.
Verandah - this large, three-bedroom condominium is unique in many ways starting with the private elevator dropping you off right at your own front door to offering a breathtaking view from almost every window of this end unit.
The building is only a few years new and has all the latest in security and safety features. If relaxation and privacy is what you are wanting, this small, 15-unit building has it all from a beautiful, heated pool to large balconys facing the Gulf and stairs that go down directly to the beach and pool, or sitting on your private rear balcony overlooking the intercoastal waterway watching the yachts cruise by. The condominium also offers a private fishing pier on the intercoastal waterway with two, 30-foot, boat docks (please inquire as to use of boat docks).
When sitting on your balcony or just lying in your bed you will be awed with the view and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. You can enjoy your favorite beverage on the balcony while watching spectacular sunsets or taking that moon light stroll on the beach or just relaxing in the pool. Verandah has it all.
Indian Rocks Beach is a beautiful and charming beach community that offers quaint little shops and great local restaurants. It also offers upscale dining or local mom and pop restaurants. The Verandah is close to all activities and culture. For the activity minded there is parasailing, miniature golf, shopping, shelling, jet skis, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, boating, dinner and gambling cruises, and much more within minutes. There are also terrific museums and theatre or just taking long peaceful walks on the white sandy beach or enjoy spectacular sunsets with the sand between your toes.

Our family just returned from this great property and it was even better the second time around. The owner has changed cleaners and our unit was meticulous. The ladies were so friendly and welcoming and the unit was so clean and smelled so fresh. The set up of this unit works so well for two families and we loved the view of the gulf and the Intercoastal. The Pub restaurant is within walking distance and so is the boat rental place. If you can, take a boat out on the intercoastal and see some very pretty scenery as well as a dolphin or two. Or if you are adventurous boat down to Caldesi Island and enjoy the park and beach there.It is our favourite thing to do when we stay at The Verandahs. :)Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! Everything was perfect! The lay out, and the wonderful view was breath taking. We hoped for a lot out of our long awaited vacation, and this home was everything we wanted, no disappointments. The walks on the beach, the view from the balconys, the sunsets! Something we don't get in Michigan! A big plus was so much to do in the area, it is hard to do it all! Now we are back in the cold and planning our next trip your way. Thank you for a fantastic time in your lovely Verandah vaction home. It far exceeded our expectations. We had friends tell us about Daudelin Vacation Rentals, but sometimes seeing is believing. The pictures on your website are right on. The home was beautifully decorated, plenty of room for all of us. Stocked with all the basics of home. Then theres the view of the sunsets and the beach. I can't say enough about our trip to your area. We will pass on the to others about your properties, and we would stay at any one of them. We recently stayed in your absolutely wonderful Verandah condo. We have 4 children and the size and location was perfect for all of us. Plenty of room for our family, the home and decor was clean and organized. Very impressive. The beauty of the beach, the white sand, and the most amazing sunsets. My kids saw dolphins for the first time! The location was also perfect, everything was just a few minutes away. We will call Daudelin Vacation Rentals again for our next trip to this area.
