  My party of 5 enjoyed our stay tremendously. It's next to Kamaole beach park 2, which is perfect for swimming. The sand is also very soft. The complex ground is well maintained. We used the grilled twice and enjoyed our dinners outside while watching the sunset, using the dinning table and chairs already set up right next to the ocean. The unit is comfortable, though sometimes, I wish there were an AC. The kitchen is fully equipped. Shelly is fantastic to work with. Can't wait to come back soon!

  We were so grateful to the owner to accommodate us with last minute notice. The location of this property is ideal--right on the beach, amazing view and across the street from restaurants and shops. The lay out of the unit is so practical, with 2 separate bedrooms--one with a queen bed and one with 2 twins; each with its own bathroom. The only problem we had was that the one shower would not drain and the twin beds were rather hard. We loved it that there were always lounge chairs available on the grassy area overlooking the water. We loved our stay.

  Our family of 5 stayed for 13 nights and really enjoyed ourselves. The condo location close to the Kamaole beaches with safe swimming, snorkelling and beach play right in front was awesome. The views from the Lanai were great - many days we'd see whales cruising by. About the only negative was the street noise but we expected that with the convenient location. Also in the morning the myna birds in the tree right outside provided a musical wake up. We would stay here again.

  We stayed at Kamole Nalu for 9 days and found it very enjoyable. Staying in Kihei was great, lots of beaches and easy walking to any shops or restaurants. The condo itself is very well layed out with a great view of the ocean in front and city behind us. We stayed with our two children ages 10 and 12 and found it was very suitable for them as well. We played in the ocean together and while we were BBQing they could be in the pool. Thank you Shelly!

  We stayed at Kamaole Nalu with our adult children and their friends for 9 nights.We had an awesome stay! The view from inside and from patio was better than i could ever imagine! Panoramic view of the ocean and Haleakala! Patio was very quite large as well. We had six adults staying in this condo for 6 of the 11 nights and found that it was doable, but a little crowded. We also loved the grass area with lounge chairs and the sandy beach. They were so close to our room. We saw dolphins,turtles,and whales.Snorkelling was great as well. The room could use some updates, but was fair value for low price we paid for our stay.The owner was very frIendly and informative when we booked condo. I would definitely recommend this property. Excellent nearby restaurants are cafe O'Lei and 8o8 for the best toasted sandwiches in Maui.

  The location was convenient to beach, shops, dining. Great beach for swimming and snorkeling. The overall resort property was modest but kept up nicely. The unit was smaller than appearing in the pictures but was a very clean place. The street noise was annoying and the beds not too comfortable. This made getting a good night sleep very difficult. The kitchen, linens, towels, beach equipment, etc. were all well stocked. I would rate the beach experience as very good but the sleeping comfort poor so our overall rating would be only average.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car.

  This property was everything I could have hoped for and then some. Very clean and bright and airy. No problem not having an AC. You don't need it. The condo is well equipped for your home away from home. The location is perfect. What an ocean view. Snorkeling in the morning was my favorite. Plus the sunsets. With restaurants and shops across the street and a grocery store nearby made this a great location. Great area to jog also. I would recommend this place to family and friends. Looking forward to a return trip. Mahalo.

  Location, location, location, view, view, view.. This condo has it. We enjoyed our stay very much. Drinking coffee & watching the sunrise was fabulous. The condo had everything we needed.   We really enjoyed our stay here: the birds just outside the lanai with a Beach/Ocean view are incredible. Great to be able to go down the stairs, straight to the beach without crossing South Kihei Rd. Really great. Unit was clean and tidy, and beach towels were available for the excellent kamaole beaches just outside the condo. We saw whales every day from the lawn chairs and even turtles. The snorkeling just outside the condo was good as well. Only reason I gave this unit a rating of 4 stars instead of 5 is that the furnishings are dated. For the location, and the price, (and the location!) this unit is highly recommended.
