  It was a beautiful home. The layout was perfect for our party of grandparents, us and teens. The deer were out and plentiful and so beautiful! Access to the beach was easy with the golf carts, bike or short walk. Our son graduated boot camp in Parris Island and he absolutely enjoyed the peacefulness and beauty of Fripp Island. Just as previous reviewers said, make sure you stock up on groceries from publix about 20 min from island. Huge table was great for family dinners and late night scrabble. Felt perfectly safe to let our teen girls explore the island and neighborhood on their own and Cabana club is just at the other end of the cul de sac. Thank you so much for a memorable stay! We will be coming back to beautiful South Carolina for sure!!

  The house was very close to the Cabana Club which was fantastic. It was nicely decorated and very well equipped with kitchenware, movies, games, bedding, and 2 golf carts. It was a perfect location for our family and we look forward to returning one day. I would highly recommend.

  We loved every minute of our very first trip to Fripp Island. The home was very well taken care of and was very spacious. The kids each loved having their own rooms and we loved having a room to get together in the evening. All of the porches were great too! We loved watching the deer in the back yard almost every day!! We can't thank you enough for providing such a lovely location for our family vacation this summer!

  I cannot say enough good things about our stay at this property. The house looks great in the pictures but it is even better in person. The decor is excellent. The kitchen is well equipped. All the rooms are comforable. The bath towels are good quality and plentiful (bring your own beach towels!). The golf carts seemed to be the fastest on the island. And that is just the house. The location was our favorite part. We loved the location. Super close to the cabana club. Close to Camp Fripp and the awesome park for children. But there is NO TRAFFIC in front of the house. That makes all the difference. There is a fair amount of traffic on the island so being on a cul-de-sac really felt so private. We loved having the parking lot close by since we drove three vehicles. I cannot recommend this property enough. Perfect house. Awesome location. Good owner communication. We had the best time ever! Was the listing description accurate regarding the location?   Property was clean and well appointed. Island was wonderful-incredible wildlife. Enjoyed the beach, the cabana and island shopping. Shopped in nearby Beaufort and had a day trip into Charleston as well. Wouldnot recommend this for anyone with a severe ambulatory disability because of the steps involved at the house and other places. Those with mild disabilities will have their experience enhanced by the two golf carts on site.

  We had such a great time during our stay on Fripp Island! The house was lovely and in great shape. Our morning coffee on the screened porch watching the birds was delightful topped only by the bike rides, walks along the beach and quiet times watching the sunsets. In between we made excursions to Beaufort (fun shopping), Middleton Plantation (lovely historic grounds), and Charleston (would have liked another whole day). We look forward to a return trip and have raved about the place to friends we hope to entice to join us.

  Beautiful home on a great island. Close to pools and beaches. We loved our week at the beach. So fun to run around the island in golf carts. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We'll be back for sure! All the photos show the house as it is. The house was clean everything worked as it should. Had alittle trouble with the grill but I think it was operater error not the grills fault. Great owner to work with helped in every way even when I showed up at the island without my code to get in the house and had to call him on a Sunday night. I will be recommending this property to my friends and family. We cooked alot did not eat out much at island resturants. Pools are great but the beach is the best. Not overly crowded and easy to get to from the house.
