This property is a perfect place to stay while visiting Paris. The apartment is very comfortable and has all the amenities you would need. The 4 bedrooms and living room are spacious. The apartment is perfect for families with children or for few couples traveling together. The kitchen is fully functional for making meals and dining in. The area where this apartment is located is in a quiet neighborhood and there are good choices for grocery shopping and dining. The Metro Line 4 has a new last stop which is just a few blocks from this apartment so its location to the Metro is a great convenience. We enjoyed our visit very much and look forward to returning. My brother in law had such a good time, he even got engaged!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Grill/Restaurant with delicious baked potatoes and green beans served "all you want" with your grilled meat. It's adjacent to the Hotel Ibis, so they have menus in English and most of their staff can speak English as well. The service is usually a bit slow, so skip it if you are in a hurry.

About the owner: Our daughter attended university in Paris and decided to stay...and that was 20 years ago. We fell in love with the area and came to visit often, along with family and friends. Montrouge was the answer. More affordable than Paris Centre, but still very much a part of Paris life, our apartment is perfectly located. We have come to know the local bakers, restauranteurs, and shop keepers. We truly hope you will enjoy our private piece of heaven as much as we do. Oh, and did I mention the fabulous wine?
Why the Owner Chose Montrouge:
We love this location because it's so near Paris, but just 3 blocks from the city limits. We can walk to Parc Montsouris, which is a beautiful place for a picnic, jogging, painting, or just relaxing. Closer still is the Porte d'Orleans Metro station, shopping, and quiet French restaurants. So we can enjoy the local flavor or go into Paris for all the beauty and culture for which it is famous.

I truly enjoy the breeze as it flows through the open windows of our top floor apartment. Also, dining at one of the local restaurants is a true pleasure. The wine, the food, the atmosphere. Unmatched.
