Quiet but very central third floor luxury fully equipped apartment (with lift) in one of the most sought after modern buildings in the heart of Juan-les-Pins. The two bedrooms each have twin beds and the sitting room has two double sofa beds.
The non-smoking apartment faces south (looking towards the sea) and west (with stunning sunsets over the mountains.) Every room has access to generous balcony which has coffee/reading area and dining table. There is a shared swimming pool and tennis court in the building grounds, while shops, restaurants, famous Juan-les-Pins jazz, casino and nightlife, and sea are all within a few minutes walking distance.
Train direct to Cannes, Nice, Monaco (and further afield) ten minutes walk away. Antibes Centre, one of the oldest towns on the French Riviera with colourful local market, Picasso museum and famous pleasure yacht harbour is 15 minutes walk away.
The foothills of the Alps, with spectacular scenery, gorges, medieval villages are 30 minutes drive away. Nearest ski resort is one hour's drive away.
