Each bedroom has its own deck access, as does the living area. The game room with ping-pong and pool table is a fun place, but everyone will want to gather in the Grand Room, which features new leather seating in Island Sage. There is plenty of video equipment (TVs, DVD players, with surround sound) throughout the home, including a 37-inch flat-screen TV in the second-floor living area.
