  You can walk everywhere from here! Very clean and comfortable with everything you could think of in the unit: Beach towels and chairs, cooler with complimentary ice provided, free coffee and danishes every morning in the lobby, basic tolietries and even some sunscreen in the drawers... washer and dryer with detergent! I'm sure I've left something out, as it was a perfect stay! We often visit St. John and will definitely stay here again.

  We just can't stay away from STJ. It's definitely our home away from home! The condo is wonderful! Beautifully furnished , everything you need!! We have stayed in other units in Grande Bay, this was the nicest one . Spotlessly clean and the bed was by far the most comfortable bed we have stayed in out of all our stays in STJ. Love being able to walk to all the stores and restaurants at night and the sound of the ocean so close. Every time we leave STJ, it gets harder to do!! we look forward to going back and will be booking here again! :) Very pleased!

  The condo was delightfully decorated and couldn't have been cleaner. The view of the water was wonderful every time of day. The kingsize bed was more comfortable than my bed at home! The 1 bedroom has such great amenities that you did not feel as if you were in a 1 bedroom condo. The sitting area, the kitchen area and the wonderful balcony all contributed to a much larger area feeling. The condo is conveniently loacated for easy walking access to both the town and the beautiful beaches. The topside pool and jacuzzi were an added bonus. Wonderful stay! Hope to be back soon again!

  Close to ferry and downtown area; very convenient to walk to grocery store and restaurants in town; exceptionally clean and well maintained with kitchenette, washer/dryer in unit; beautiful view from front balcony overlooking harbor The pride of ownership is obvious, and the owners made sure our stay was enjoyable!! I would highly recommend this as a place to stay in St John.

  What an experience! From the balcony we had a spectacular view of the sea. The room decor and colors blended with the whole atmosphere which made it very cozy. Had all the comforts of home. The mattress was super comfy. The photos you see of this room are exactly as pictured. Takes less than 5 minutes walking to get to some of the restaurants, stores and churches. The beaches are breath taking. We went to 4. We were very pleased with the hospitality. It truly is an experience we won't forget. We will be returning. P.S. We took a few Grande Bay business cards to give to our friends.

  From start to finish, this studio was perfect! Plenty of room to unpack and unwind, with three beaches just a short hike away...the ferry dock is right there, too, and taxis and buses to more beaches. Shops and restaurants are just steps away. Enjoy breakfast on the balcony while you watch the boats and ferries come and go while you plan your next activity! You will find a galley kitchen with microwave, toaster, sink and mini-fridge, tons of towels (including beach towels), books on St. John and a king-sized bed that will feel mighty good at the end of the day as you fall asleep to the sound of the waves lapping at the beach just yards away. There's even a washer/dryer so no wet towels hanging around! Bring your favorite Bob Marley CD, as there's a CD player as well as a flat-screen tv. Check out Morgan's Mango on Tuesday for Lobster Night...Marguerita Phil's for lunch...Bamboo for jewelry (made right there!), the Waterfront Bistro for pina coladas and conch fritters...the St. John Spice Shop for gifts. Oh, and a short walk inland brings you to Baked in the Sun and the best chocolate macaroons ever. The Grande Bay resort also has a pool and hot tub for apres-beach. The Grande Bay Surfside Paradise Studio is well-appointed, clean and cool, and you can't beat the location.

  We had a wonderful first trip to the Caribbean! St. John is truly beautiful, and all our friends are loving the pictures we posted. The unit was perfect! We’ll be passing the word on to all those folks back in Tennessee who are thinking about a tropical vacation. One thing we really enjoyed about Grande Bay Resort was that we were within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops in town. We are still craving those coconut, banana, pineapple smoothies at the smoothie stand! We love visiting U.S. national parks, and the beaches on St. John were stunning. What a perfect way to mark another national park off our bucket list!

  This studio was immaculate and had all the amenities one could possibly need. It's evident that the owner takes very good care of it. It's especially convenient as well being only 5 minutes walking distance from the ferry and the charming town of Cruz Bay is even closer with everything from cozy bars to fine dining. Hiking to the innumerable beaches provided exercise and a place to settle onto the sand and read. Can also take a $1 bus to some of the beaches, allowing for a much shorter hike. And, if it's necessary, there are plenty of taxis at your beck and call. Had a blast!

  This is a lovely studio unit in a terrific location in Cruz Bay. The unit was clean and had many touches that similar units in the same complex do not have such as garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, paper towels and a toaster and hot plate. Within the complex the unit is nicely located near the pool and exercise room. We would definitely reccommend this unit and would like to return.

  We spent a wonderful vacation in this beautiful studio apartment that is just a short walk from the ferry dock in Cruz Bay. Very clean, great amenities such as a gym and pool, and easy walking access to dozens of amazing restaurants and the ferry and taxies. The owners provide both beach chairs and towels. It is beautifully decorated and the bed was so comfortable. We had been researching hotels on St. John and were so glad we found this listing. Everything about this listing was perfect, the location can't be beat and the views are beautiful. We highly recommend this property and look forward to our next trip to St. John.
