My wife and 2 children ages 6 and 7 loved this property. My wife was very impressed with how clean the unit was upon arrival, and that is saying alot!! The pool was just steps away and the beach a short walk away. I was very happy with the prompt responses to all questions from Jim and Alison. Would definitely stay again!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

My family had a fabulous time at this condo!! Furnishings, beds, kitchen... all fantastic! Walking distance to beach, pool is right out the back door... Perfect for families. My family and I recently rented this beautiful condo, the layout was perfect for our family! We had everything we needed there, the kids were exceptionally excited when they saw the pool right outside the back door (very convenient)!! The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated! We hope to return soon!Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this town home. It is clean, very accessible to the beach, and the pool is right outside of the back door. We are considering making this an annual vacation.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very roomey,nice and we would love to come back again. The pier was close and we enjoyed fishing,there and looking for shells on the beach. The home was clean with one or two tiny flaws. We found dirty dishes in the dishwasher, used tissues and cherrios under the couches. These were very minor,and overall is was clean. The pool the first week was unusable because of bird pooh and featers,but cleaning crew came the second week of our stay and gave the area a good scrubbing. Hope to visit again soon.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

We just returned from Mexico Beach and we want to go back! This is a fantastic place to stay. The beach is just a three minute walk away. The pool was sparkling and clean. The townhouse was very clean, stocked with first class amenities, quiet, and safe. We can't recommend it enough!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We were so very happy with the condo ... Everything was just as shown... very clean and comfortable...room for all and the pool and beach are just beautiful....we had everything we needed just like home and Jim & Alison were just a phone call away if we needed help with anything..we had such a great time and will surely try to get back next year...Had to leave earlier than expected due to family emergency and Jim and Alison were just wonderful about it.....Best place to relax with family as away from the crowd of spring breaks....The people in town were so friendly and helpful..and the surrounding towns are just beautiful also and not that far away.....Its the perfect place if you want to just relax and enjoy!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We just returned from our visit to Mexico Beach. My two sisters and I had a very enjoyable visit. The townhouse was clean, comfortable and just right for our stay. We enjoyed the wonderful seafood Mexico Beach has to offer and the beautiful fall weather. Jim and Alisons townhouse is the perfect place to stay and we hope we can visit there again soon.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

This is the perfect place to stay for a vacation....Mexico Beach and this home! My family had the best time and we were so sad to leave. We will be back at least once on 2012 and will be staying here. Thank you Jim and Alison for making this such a wonderful place to stay. Bedrooms were comfortable, Living Area was warm and inviting, even the floats for the pool and chairs for the beach were an nice touch. Everything was clean and perfect upon arrival.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
