We had a wonderful stay at this Condo/Townhouse, it’s clean and everything was in place to our high expectations. The owner is a caring person who took her time to provide us with any materials needed and support when we even arrived. The location is absolutely AMAZING! right on the beach, swimming pool was great for the kids! Lots of space inside and outside and very secure premise with 24/7 security in place who by the way are so very polite and helpful. The property is well taken care of, no shortage of towels I must say. We would see cleaners on site at all times. A 5-10 min walk on the beach from the Atlantis Resort, there's a ton of amenities right outside on the beach about 100 yards away with your own shower stall to clean off the sand when coming back from the beach. And the beach...FANTASIC! There’s so much room to move around that it’s almost secluded... We had parking for our rental vehicle (which we recommend to have as Taxi's are very expensive, but were parked behind security gates that are closed at all time's) did we mention the location of this property it’s where you want to be when in Paradise Island (Nassau)! We would stay there again without any hesitation...washer/dryer, wireless internet, Cable (satellite) TV... The only drawback if any is Grocery Shopping...there's none really and therefore you need a rental car which ours was only $300.00 USD for week (very good deal found it in the phone book from an independent rental shop not one of the big companies and it was a nice car!) but would only take 5 mins to get to the grocery shopping across bridge into Nassau.. Again we had such an amazing experience that having a Townhouse was the best thing we could have done with kids!
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

First it was very easy to contact and speak with the owner. She answered all of our questions. Once in the house we needed a new coffee maker and she immediately got us one. We loved being right on the beach. A quick 2 min. walk from the backdoor and you are right there. There is a hose at the top of the stairs that lead to the beach to wash the sand off your feet when you get back from the beach. The house is between the One & Only Ocean club and the Paradise beach club. Our section of beach was private and not crowded. We weren't bothered by any vendors on the beach. A guy came down with a banana boat to see if we wanted a ride which we did and was a blast. The beach is beautiful. The grounds are clean and taken care of. The house was clean and roomy. We walked a few times down to the Atlantis and it took about 18 min. Not too bad of a walk but there was always a taxi (Dwayne Weir or Bahama John) waiting right in front of the Paradise Beach Club right outside the gates of the Miramar in case you dont want to walk. Right down the road is a restaurant called Anthony's. We ate breakfast there a few times and dinner once. The food was good. Also by Anthony's is a Quizno's, small grocery store and souveniers. A 25 min. walk from the house will get you to the water taxi and ferry boats as well as the Atlantis marina village with other restaurants. The house was spacious and for a family of 6 we were never crowded. It was nice to come back to a house after a long day out and not be in a cramped hotel room. Getting ready to go out at night was a breeze, we never had to share a bathroom. The pool was right outside the patio door and very clean. The pool is open till 10:30pm every night but we were in it till 11 or 11:30pm and no one complained. Of course we were very quiet and not making tons of noise splashing around. My kids loved renting this house and we would definately stay here again.
