This house is all a family needs to see Washington DC by metro while getting away from it all it night for a relaxing vacation. My 2 kids & I met my mom and dad and we stayed in this house for 5 nights. We could have easily packed in 5 people & been comfortable. The house was really nice and was like bringing my own home to Washington DC with me to enjoy a great time with my family. We took the metro (which is less than a 5 minute easy walk) from the airport & to every sight that a tourist would want to see in DC. No need for anyother type of transportation and the metro is very reasonable (1.85 one way to just about anywhere) The grocery store (Giant) was less than a 5 minute walk and has everything you would need to fill the shelves. The people around the neighborhood were the most friendly people I've ever met in a big city. If I ever comeback to Washington DC I'd stay here again in a minute.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

This house was great for us. It was immaculate, beds comfy, and all appliances working fine. short walk to metro and just two stops from all the hubbub. All things such as groceries and even Home Depot is just 5 minutes away. Jim was excellent in checking us in and willing to help us in any way. I would use this property again and bring more people! thanks Jim!

This home met all of our needs for a large diverse group. Plenty of sleeping space and linens. Jim was very responsive to our questions and needs. It is about 2 city blocks to the metro, but even our senior parents made the trek just fine. Kitchen was supplied with the basics for general meals and a Giant brand grocery store was also only about 2 blocks away.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with teenagers.
