This town home is the perfect place to stay! It is spacious and clean. The owner had everything we needed. We were right across the street from the beach in the nicest part of Boca Raton. We felt at home immediately and didn't want to leave. The owner is very helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time in Boca, in large part due to the incredibly comfortable atmosphere and ideal location of this property. The open layout of the downstairs felt airy and spacious, and created a relaxing, welcoming feeling. The kitchen is beautiful and newly renovated, beds/bedrooms are very comfortable, and neighbors are friendly. The beach (with life guards) is across the street and easily accessible and the pool is only steps from the door. In response to a previous review, several rooms seem to have been upgraded with new flat screen tv's and we had no trouble with the internet. One of the things we really liked about staying here was the close proximity to a number of fun family attractions. Very quick ride (<5 min) to Red Reef Beach, where we snorkeled amidst the man-made reefs, and Gumbo Limbo Nature Center, with its boardwalk nature trails and sea life exhibits. With a little longer car ride, we were able to go out on a fishing boat and to see alligators and other wild life at Daggerwing Nature Center. Overall, we would highly recommend a stay here.

Wow! This beautiful Florida home was everything it said it was in the VRBO description and more! My fiance, his 10yr old daughter and I had a blast. From the pool right outside the door, to the beach right accross the street; we had swimming, snorkeling, surfing, beach runs, and shell hunting available 24/7. The photos on the site were accurate to how it actually looks, however the home itself seemed a lot bigger, very open and spacious. Everything was clean and well-maintained. And the owner was very prompt and helpful when responding to calls and texts when we had questions. I will definitely recommend this home to people of all ages, family and friends as there is a variety of activities enjoyable to all. I would highly recommend taking some free surf lessons held every Sunday by the local surf shop. Restaurants we enjoyed: La Stella's (Italian) Trulux (Seafood) and the lower level of a hotel that is right on the beach (Seafood). Also, there is a local seafood market called Chops where they catch and sell fresh fish every morning, super tasty!! The neighbors were up on the current events and were very friendly, but not intrusive. It was truly a great experience in every way!! We miss it already!

The photos did not do the place justice. We had three adult children, one son in law and three grandchildren. The place was roomy and well equipped so we all felt comfortable; there was even a nice foldout crib-pen for the baby. The location was perfect, as it was right across the street from the beach. Veru easy access to everthing, from great restaurants to shopping. The internet kept shutting down, but the owner will get that fixed. Only one television had cable, but we are not television people so it made no difference. We would recommend this property to others. BT

Boca Raton stay made special
Boca Raton stay made special
Our stay in Boca Raton was made that much better by having the perfect accommodations. We found the three bedroom townhouse impeccably clean and furnished perfectly for our two month stay. The newly remodeled kitchen was a dream to prepare meals and a great place to gather. Having TVs in just about every room allowed us to have “get aways”. The 46” TV allowed our group to get together for fun sporting events. All of our needs were met, including beach towels. Everything that we needed was in walking distance. The ocean was across the street, pool was right outside the sliding glass door and dinner was in walking distance to Mizner Park. We hope to be able to stay again.

Christmas in Boca Raton
Christmas in Boca Raton
Unit in a good location and condition within a 2 minute walk to the beach accross the street. Many food chains close by such as Publix, Fresh Market and Whole Foods. Very quiet during Christimas holidays, maybe 5 families share common area with pool!! Unit very spacious with updated kitchen and appliances. We stayed an extra 2 days and came to a good arrangement with owner. Downside to our stay is that there are 2 very old TV sets (kitchen and guest room) none in living room, so this room was unused...the 2 guest bedrooms have metal frame beds and no comforters are available on 4 of the beds...only very thin blankets. Beautiful kitchen with numerous empty cabinets, no placemats or tableclothe for inside. We had guests over for dinner and they had to bring their own wine glasses (only 4 decent ones in cabinets). We bought a small charcoal BBQ to enjoy our steaks since none was on site. Owner needs to put in a bit of TLC in unit to warm it up. There is potential!!!
