Lakeview House is a 3200 sq ft home with a large yard and 4 bedrooms located in a quiet neighborhood 20 min walking distance from downtown Boyne City and two blocks from Tannery Beach Park on the shores of Lake Charlevoix.
This lovely home has a beautiful view of Lake Charevoix from the back deck, part of the 7ft x 100ft covered porch and much of the main floor. The main floor with hardwood floors has a well equipped kitchen that is open to the dinning rm and living rm which also has a gas fireplace. The back deck with the gas grill is located just off the dinning rm. Also on the main floor is the master bedroom with king bed/tv and en-suite bath with jet tub. Additionally the main floor has a half bath and laundry rm off the three car garage. Upstairs has two bedrooms with 2 twin beds each and a hall that looks over the living rm. The connecting bathrm has two rooms-2 sinks and stacked washer and dryer-toilet and shower rm. Also connected upstairs with its own entrance is a guest apt. that has a bedroom with a queen bed and a living/ef. kitchen with a futon couch/tv and a gorgeous view of the lake. So Lakeview House is a great place with its large yard and quiet neighborhood for two families or an extended family to enjoy all that Boyne Country as well as Northern Michigan has to offer.

We were delighted with the whole experience from the booking process through our great vacation. The house is not on the water, but has a great view of Lake Charlevoix. We especially liked the very private setting. The house was beautiful and very well maintained. The owners thought of everything you might want. Boyne City is a wonderful little town and the perfect spot to be based for boating and exploring NW Michigan.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My family and my sister's family stayed here for two weeks and loved it. The home is JUST as pictured ~ in very good condition, clean and beautiful. The views are spectacular. We were a total of 8 people and it was spacious. I hesitate to be this effusive for fear that I have trouble booking it next year...So if you stay there, please take care of it!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

Our family just loved this immaculate home...we had a July 4th reunion and stayed for 2 weeks...the view was absolutely beautiful and the owners provided all amenities making it just like home....the outdoor porch area is just as beautiful as the inside...the location was perfect...close to town, Petoskey and Charlevoix...the separate apartment was also great as it provided some privacy and fantastic views...Did you find this review helpful?
