Beautiful new 3 bed 3 bath 1740 sq feet town home with two themed bedrooms. The owner went all out to WOW the guest and we think you will agree.
Beautifully furnished in contemporary design this awesome 2-Story Town House boasts its own Private Pool with a Covered and Screened Lanai. Come Home from an Exciting day at the attractions and hang out by the Pool to Relax and watch the kids splash in the pool (Heated Pool add $20/nt).
BEDROOMS A spacious Master bedroom suite on the second floor features a King-Sized bed, chair and table and 26 in TV. The kids will absolutely love the unbelievable first floor Pirates of the Caribbean themed twin room with a 20 in TV and shared bath as well as the second floor awesome Harry Potter room with two double beds that will sleep 4. This room also has a 20 in TV and a private bath, even the bath carries the Harry Potter theme. This impressive home can sleep up to a total of 8 guests.
LIVING/DINING The living and dining area are stunning with a leather lounge suite and 42 inch wide screen TV, free wireless internet access, cable TV and DVD. This is where you sit back, relax and think to yourself why have I stayed in a hotel room, when this Town Home with its generous layout, gorgeous furnishings and all it's comforts of home is available? The dining area has 6 chairs, table and 4 bar stools for the kids and there is another table to work on a puzzle or set up a computer to get a little work done.
KITCHEN Entertaining, cooking and being able to share private time together with friends and family is fun and enjoyable. There is no need to miss out on any of the conversation, when using the 'open plan' fully equipped Stainless Steel and Granite kitchen and dining area! Pull up one of the 4 bar stool chairs and prop yourself on the beautiful Granite Counter tops and watch what is developing in the kitchen.

Photos don't do this townhome justice, Everything was great. The staff at Paradise palms was helpful and friendly. The cludhouse pool was perfect. ( they also have a great kiddie pool) I would have no problem recommending to my family or friends. (in fact I already have) Super Target, Publix only 5 min away. You can be Disney property in 10 min.

This is the perfect house for groups of 6-8 people. It has the same luxury as the most expensive hotels but with much lower price. A private swimming pool or amazing paints of Harry Potter and Jack Sparrow that make you feel as if you were in Magic Kingdom are some only ones of the advantages of this house. The owner takes care of all small details so that you have an unforgettable experience. The common facilities are simply amazing! I can not still believe that the rental price is such low for an house like this!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

What an excellent place to stay for your holidays/vacation. It has every thing you can think of to help your Holiday go with a bang, the facilities are excellent the staff are fantastic and polite. I shall be recommending Paradise palms and this town house to all my friends and family and we will be back next year.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.
