First, Newman-Dailey was great. Always had answers to my questions and represented the home exactly as it was. Secondly, "Under the Tuscan Sun" was a beautiful home and met our needs perfectly. The home was absolutely beautiful. It was close to the beach, clean and plenty of towels and bedding for all. (Could have had a few more pots - cooking for a large number of people with only one large pot was a little challenging). We had our mother (83 yrs old), her three children and their families. Ages from 83 to 7 months. Never did we feel crowed or that there just wasn't enough room. Everything was just as we expected or better. As soon as we decide on dates for next year this home (if available) will be our first choice. Under the Tuscan Sun condo was the best choice we could have made. We had 15 people stay there for my daughters wedding (held at the Embassy Suites Hotel...which was also awesome). The house was perfect and could not have been any better. The bedroom layout and pool were great. The 2nd floor kitchen area you will see in the pictures is ideal for having everyone over All I could say for weeks after was....BEST TIME and PLACE EVER. The rental staff at Newman-Dailyey was also great and took care of all our needs. This will be on the top of my least for next trip back to Destin....btw...beach/water/sand at Destin is second to none.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

This was our 3rd year to stay in this house and we love it. It really feels like home. There are 12 of us, four families with five kids. The house is perfect and so close to the beach. Our only request is a second refrigerator, maybe in the garage. The one in the kitchen is a good size but we always pack it full. We keep our drinks in an ice chest since the frig is so full. We could never complain about this house, we just wish it was "on" the beach. We drive from Dallas & North Carolina.
