Hundred Acre Woods, a gorgeous, six bedroom, four-bath home, was originally the builder's model, and it shows like Better Homes and Gardens. Total sleeping capacity is 12 people plus one infant in 6 bedrooms.
When you enter our house, you will find yourself in our ceramic-tiled great room with cathedral ceiling. This is a great place to relax in the evening after a day at the parks. Relax on the couch and watch a movie on our 55" HDTV with Dolby Digital surround sound and DVD player.
On the right when you walk in is a queen bedroom. Heading towards the back past the great room, you'll see the formal dining area on the left and kitchen on the right; further back on the right is a kitchen table. In back of the dining area is a 3 panel glass sliding door looking out over the pool area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator (with icemaker), range, microwave and dishwasher. We provide all dishes, pots, pans and utensils.
Take a left at the dining area and you'll be in the first floor sleeping area. There is a master bedroom with king size bed, and a Winnie-the-Pooh themed bedroom with two twin beds. Every bedroom in the house has its own TV. On the left is a Pooh-themed bathroom. Continuing on you'll be in the laundry area, with a full size washer and dryer, and through there is the game room, with foosball, air hockey and Playstation 2 (with 50" TV), plus a stereo and an assortment of board games.
Head back to the great room and go upstairs; there are three bedrooms here. On the right is a second master suite with king size bed and own bath. On the left is a queen bedroom and another twin (two beds, mickey-mouse themed) with its own DVD player.
Also upstairs you will find an office area with a high-speed internet equipped PC running Windows XP and Microsoft Office, and a laser printer. We also provide a wireless access point (802.11b/g) if you prefer to bring your own laptop.
Outside is, of course, the heated pool and spa area, which is screened in, and dining and lounging furniture are provided on the lanai, as well as a gas grill. Outside the lanai is a large yard where the kids can run around.
Additional features are: phone with free long distance to US and Canada, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, security alarm and door alarms. All towels and linens are provded as well.
It is located just three miles from Disney World in the elegant, private community of Rolling Hills.
The family will have a fun and fabulous vacation, at the most reasonable prices.

Hundred Acre Woods is located in Rolling Hills, just a five-minute easy drive to the home of Mickey Mouse.
Other main attractions - Sea World, Universal Studios, Downtown Disney, and Church Street Station are a short car ride away. Rolling Hills is a premier development, only 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and within easy access to the numerous restaurants, shops, and supermarkets on Highway 192.

My family (ranging in age from infant to elderly) and I stayed here in August 2011 and it was fantastic!!!!! I'm rather fussy about where I stay on vacation (its is vacation after all and I want to enjoy it totally). This is a beautiful house in a great location. Everything you need (i.e. grocery store, parks, etc) are all near by. It was nice to have bedrooms on both floors so that my mother didn't have to go up the stairs (double knee replacements). The neighborhood was generally quiet, and very well maintained. In the house there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space, or gather in the living area. The house is very well stocked in regards to kitchen utensils, pots and pans, etc.., lots of bath towels, baby strollers and pack n' plays, and the game room was a very nice bonus. The pool was very enjoyable! I would highly recommend this house to any one traveling to the Disney area!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
