The neighborhood is very peaceful and charming with tree-lined streets and beautifully restored homes, some of which were the first homes built in Boulder. There is one tenant (owner) upstairs who is extremely quiet and has a separate entrance on the other side of the house.
It is a few minutes walk to CU and a few minutes more to the historic Pearl St Mall and Colorado’s best shopping and dining venues. There is plenty of free parking.
This unit rents nightly for $95-$245/night depending on whether it’s high or low season and rates may be higher during holidays, football weekends etc. Currently we have available dates in July and August as well as some football weekends this fall.

We totally enjoyed our fall visit. The location is fantastic. An easy walk to Chautauqua Park and hiking in the Flat Irons. Surrounding neighborhood is very nice and also great for walking. Close to CU but not too close to be disturbed by partying students during a football weekend. Short drive to Pearl St. and lots of great restaurants. The unit was ideal for 2 people and we were able to enjoy the lovely outdoor sitting area in some unseasonably warm weather. We also experienced a foot of snow, but stayed cozy and warm. Property was accurately reflected and was clean and well maintained. Lorna quickly resolved a couple of minor issues and was very responsive. I would recommend this property to others.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.
Owner response: Thank you so much Lewis, you were such lovely renters and I can't tell you how happy it makes me that you enjoyed your stay. I hope you will let me make your next stay even lovelier!

Owner response: Thank you so much Debbie, I work so hard to make each stay lovely, it means a lot to get nice feedback. I also appreciate how tidy you left the apartment, thank you for that as well, the three of you are welcome back anytime!

Me and my grilfriend booked this rental for the weekend of July 23, 2011. Unfortunately the unit had water damage. Lorna was able to offer us a comparable unit at a discount. She was available throughout our stay. We plan to visit Boulder again, and would recommend doing business with her.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0
