Guest bedroom has cozy queen size bed and big picture window. Big garage downstairs easily holds two SUV's to keep them dry until the next Tahoe adventure. Tahoe Donner has every amenity including downhill skiing, cross-country skiiing, sledding, golf course, driving range, restaurant, pizza parlour, 2 kids playgrounds, 3 pools, horse back riding, private beach on Donner Lake, miles of hiking/mountain biking trails that link to many more miles of trails. The Tahoe Donner ski area is Tahoe's best place to learn how to ski and this house is right next to it.

We had stayed three nights. The house is much better than looked at the pictures, gorgeous gourmet kitchen, luxurious master bedroom and large other bedrooms, plenty of amenities, our kids lived to play at the hot tub jacuzzi. TV was a little old type so might be better if it would be changed to large flat screen TV next time. We had wonderful new year's eve at the house so definitely come back next year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.
