  We stayed here for 10 nights. House and property exceeded our expectations. The owners where very helpful and eager to help in any way. We would definaitly recommend this property to out family and friends.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

  I had a retreat for women and this house was perfect. It's quiet, it has a wonderful screened in patio...and they have a trampoline! The owners are super nice people and the house was clean and tidy when we got there. The location is great. Leeward is a very safe little community in Grace Bay and only a 5 minute drive into town. The owners were very accommodating when I asked about restaurant suggestions, car rentals, etc. I would absolutely recommend this house and would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much!

  The owner, Mike was very hospitable. Prior to our trips to TCI, he was able to research some fun things to do in the island. He was also able to provide us with a very affordable car rental that accomodated 8 people. Mike picked us up from the airport right on time and was able to show us around the house. The house is very spacious and very clean. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool everyday. The screened deck prevented bugs and insects from biting us while we were outside hanging out. The kitchen furnished with all necessary things for us to cook some meals (which saved us a lot of money) in the house. I highly recommend this house if you are travelling with kids and if you are travelling with a big family. We will sure come back again! Thank you Mike.

  I can not say enough about this house and our recent stay there in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. First it was more than I expected, having lived in the TCI for more than 16 years I was well aquainted with the homes and the resorts. This was a real home, it was not furnished with items that you had to be afraid to use. Everything was in good repair and the furnishings were just what was needed for a wonderful vacation. It has been furnished with wonderful taste and there is plenty of room everywhere. The rooms are good size and furnished with common sense for the things that you need to make you comfortable. I spent the first two days reading my book and lounging in the pool....what a life. It is close to the main highway and getting around was very easy. The owners could not have been nicer or more helpful....I could not get the wi-fi password in??? but they came to my rescue right away. It is comfortable, clean and nicely appointed, we could not have choosen a better place. I would certainly recommend it to friends and would like to return soon.

  We have recently returned from an absolutely magical holiday in the beautiful Turks and Caicos Islands. If you are debating over where to stay for your holiday, I have to say that both this accommodation and its' location are outstanding. There were 6 in our party and there was absolutely bags of room for us all here. We are already talking about coming back in the future with my sister and her kids too. Leeward is a quiet residential area within a short walk from one of the most beautiful beached I have ever seen. There were lots of different activities to in the vicinity and some great restaurants. The accommodation is true to the photographs and is spacious, well resourced and very comfortable and we especially loved sitting on the large screened deck, overlooking the children playing in the pool. Finally we'd just like to thank Mike and Gabby for helping to make our holiday fantastic

  A beautiful family sized holiday house with a pool, in a quiet location and close to the beach, what more could you ask for? The rooms are large and spacious and the property is vey well equiped with eveything you would need for a very relaxing holiday. The owners were very freindly and accomodating and made not only the booking process a dream but everythig during our stay as well. They could not have been more helpful. The property is also close to the wonderful Grace Bay resort so it is easy to take advantage of all they have to offer there, from shopping and water sports to restuarants and bars. I cannot recomemnd this house highly enough. We will be back, that's for sure!

  Our family of 5 had a fantastic vacation at this lovely house. It is very spacious, fully equipped with everything you need, and we all loved the pool and the outdoor deck. It was so relaxing to sit outside with a drink and unwind. A short walk away is Pelican Beach on Grace Bay, which is spectacular. We spent many hours there enjoying the beautiful turquoise sea and white sandy beach. I was delighted to recently see that Grace Bay was voted the Best Beach in the World in 2012. We certainly agree with that. We hired a car during our stay, so a quick drive took us to some great restaurants, shops and some ocean side bars. We also had quite a few BBQ's on the wide deck. The house is in a quiet area, so it was lovely to eat outside in peace and quiet, and taking plenty of dips in the pool. Many thanks Mike and Gabby, we had a fabulous time at your divine house, and we will definitely be coming back - probably next year. We'll be in touch for sure.

  good quiet location for a family holiday. The property is well appointed with a homely ambiance.Salt key retail complex is less than 5 minutes drive.Restaurant are even closer, with a cafe at the end of the drive.The local beaches quiet and to die for. A great base, We will be coming back again.

  The Island is certainly fascinating and the long beach from Leeward, through Grace Bay up to Turtle Cove is stunning. The Caribbean Sea is an astounding blue/green,and the coral sand is soft beneath your toes. Tabebuia House is spacious, quiet and private, with all amenities.It is within five minutes walk of the beach and only a mile or so from the shops. There is a well-equipped kitchen, if you're eating in, and nothing could be more relaxing than sundowners on the deck. The deckside pool is small, but perfect for children and non-vigorous adults. Altogether we had a very pleasant stay and will certainly be returning before very long.
