The Biscayne Suites" is a 64 unit "Condo-Hotel" located at 820 Ocean Avenue, in the heart of Ocean City's Center-City Boardwalk Zone, just two very short blocks to the beach, the middle of the Boardwalk and to the "Music Pier" located between 8th & 9th Streets, at Moorlyn Terrace on the Boardwalk.
Within the Biscayne Suites, there is only one (1) very special all new 2BR, 2BA "Presidential Suite", Unit #115.
No expense was spared outfitting the brand new 2BR, 2BA Presidential Suite. It was custom built using the finest materials, including Granite-topped counters in the kitchen, the baths, both bedrooms, and the dining booth. The Suite has 3 Wall-Mounted Flat Screen LED HDTV's...55" in the LR (with 8 speaker Surround Sound and Blu-Ray DVD), 40" in the Master BR (with a built-in Blu-Ray DVD), and 26" in the Queen BR #2 (also with a built-in DVD). The TV's are Internet-Access "Smart TVs" and have dozens of High Definition Shows and Channels Free and On-Line! There's an IPOD Docking Device, and a working Electric Fireplace. The mattresses are ultra hi-end extra comfortable, the bedspreads, cornices and wood window blinds all custom made. The full-sized appliances, which includes a washer and dryer, are all GE "Profile" Professional Series Stainless Steel. Full-Sized 26 cubic foot side x side Refrigerator/Freezer has ice and water in the door. The SleepSofa is a Queen-Sized "FlexSteel" Brand. FlexSteel is reknowned as one of the finest sleepsofas available. To accomodate more sleeping....2 brand new self-inflating air mattresses are readily available.
Another unique feature of the Suite is the sliding Privacy Wall. This wall seperates the 2nd BR and 2nd Bath from the rest of the Suite...creating a level of privacy and solice not found anywhere else. Perfect for 2 sharing couples on vacation, or for Grandparents, or for a late-night/early morning buffer between you and your sleeping children.
