  We stayed here over the 4th of July and were very happy with the place. It is located on the West side of town, within an easy walk to Natural Bridges Beach. It's a pretty quiet area which suited us fine. The house was very clean and had plenty of room, beds were comfortable and the showers had good water pressure. The owner Ryan was extremely helpful and provided us with a detailed list and map of resturants, breweries and stores in the area. The place is a great value and we would definately stay there again if in the area..

  We had a wonderful time staying at the Sparrow's Nest. The house is decorated so nicely and very clean. The kids had a great time in the backyard. It's just a short walk to a huge beach. Would definitely rent again and recommend.

  Our family just spent a too-short stay at Sparrow's Nest cottage! The photos are accurate, but the home is even better in person. The home was well equipped for our stay, with comfortable beds and a great kitchen. The decor is clean and comfortable. My son even commented that it didn't look like a "rental" house (a high compliment because as vacation rental home owners ourselves we want all homes to be as comfy as our own!) We loved the large chess set, and managed to fit in several challenging matches between touring the nearby areas. The landscaping is so beautiful (and inspirational), and we enjoyed our evenings in the adirondack chairs with views of the Pacific. This was a great getaway! Thanks, Ryan!

  Geat place to stay. Loved my time there and will go back. Great kitchen and backyard. Owners are very nice and easy to deal with. Very clean and quiet. Short walk to beach. Definitely recommend.

  Nice location near West Cliff, walking distance to Natural Bridges. Quiet neighborhood. Nearby Swift Street courtyard offers a charming bakery, great tasting room and renowned yoga studio. Kitchen was easy to work in with plenty of space in the dining room. Walking distance to Natural Bridges beach was the best part.

  Recommended for: Families with young children.

  We really enjoyed this house. It's a short walk to the beach and a short drive to downtown. The house was clean and bright and creatively decorated. We rented it because I had a race to run so I was looking forward to the spa that is in the picture. It wasn't there when we got there. That was my only complaint. We will definitely rent this house again.

  This place exudes charm. My husband and I and a few friends stayed in this gem of a beach rental for the weekend, and it was all that we expected - and more! It is a spacious, clean home literally steps away from the beach. They have all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay (nice beds/bedding, a kitchen to die for, updated bathrooms). We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning soon!

  A great place for a family vacation. (Actually sleeps 7, not six.) Decor is precious and all is stylish and new. We did a lot of group cooking in the pristine farm-style kitchen. Great launching-off point location for exploring all of the coast and we loved the three cruiser bikes. The hot tub was the perfect way to end every day.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.
